清潔で部屋もクローゼットも広く、とても過ごしやすかったです。 場所も便利だし、スタッフもフレンドリーで素晴らしいホテルだと思いました。

2 different receptacles were not work in the bathroom. Fridge was broken resulting in hot beverages!

Room was clean. Outdated outlets in the room meant you had to bring a block but other than that the room was nice and quite elegant. Hotel staff were great. Breakfast was yummy but only one waitress with a very busy crowd meant long waits. Valet was super sweet and offered excellent service.

The room was very good. However, the parking situation was chaos due to the construction around the hotel. We chose to use valet parking at an exorbitant price of $50 a night, as we were exhausted after a 10 hour flight and the last thing we needed was to try to deal with parking our car. Normally we would park our own car in the underground parking.

Room is always so clean, great shower, great valet and customer service :) Downside: poor cable package on tv and no option to cast shows like Netflix or prime to the tv

Staff is amazing, very attentive and courteous. Hotel is very clean, great gym.

The room was in good condition. The modern layout was smartly done. The hallways and room felt a bit dark. Could not lift the half folding blind behind the Venetian blinds. The purple sofa should face the window for a view not be flat parallel with the bed wall. The room had no venting windows for natural air. The room air flow felt stilted until the fan was turned on but it was deafening in volume. A happy medium would be appreciated. The hotel was not full. A complimentary upgrade to a higher floor for those visiting Cagney for the first time would be welcome. The staff was courteous and helpful except for the man at the front desk who delivered a trolly to the room for exiting and ran away. Pls pay special attention to seniors.
