We loved our stay! Modern and clean, biggest hotel room I've stayed in! The bathroom was huge and had a wonderful waterfall shower head. The bed was comfy and I loved the Nespresso coffee bar. Very comfortable and clean! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay! The staff was super friendly and welcoming and the location is ideal to explore downtown Calgary. They decorated my room for my birthday wish was very special and appreciated. The bed and room were clean, comfortable and just beautifully designed and maintained. Look forward to coming back!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was lovely. Parking was a nightmare. Major construction around the hotel so the valet was not in front and there is a tiny sign showing where to self park not even visible from the street. We had to park somewhere else and the valet guy had to walk us to where it was to show us. Also the machine that makes the keys was broken so we had to have someone take us to our room any time we wanted to go in until it was fixed. Restaurant in the hotel was amazing! The hotel staff was extremely nice and the property itself was beautiful.

Nice hotel but I’m not sure what everyone raves about. It’s at best 3.5 stars. The immediate surrounding area is under construction so little to no free parking is available. Fixtures are adequate but nothing special.

We stayed overnight for a show at the Jack Singer, which is easy walking distance even in heels. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was lovely and the linens crisp and clean. The restaurant and lobby bar had amazing service and friendly staff. After the show it was easy to get back to the hotel to change and walk down to 8th ave to grab a late night drink with friends. Our room was on the 11th floor but had no view and looked directly into an office with full glass walls right across the way. This wasn’t a real concern for us, but just if anyone reading expects spectacular views from all angles of the downtown, you won’t always get it. We appreciated the 12pm check out, especially on a weekend after a show and late evening. Although housekeeping did knock on our door just before 9am which I could have done without. Overall we would happily stay again and enjoyed our night there. The only thing I found odd was there was a toilet brush that was clearly not brand new or wrapped in sanitized wrapping left in a holder in the bathroom. While I understand cleaning items may be used between guests, to leave it there with indication of being sanitized was very unappealing.

Hotel location great; staff and valet very helpful. Room was large, stylish and beautifully designed with luxurious touches - such as the amazing rain shower. However, it was uncomfortably warm, as the fan only goes down to a certain temperature (several degrees higher than what we prefer our home to be). When you would turn the air on, it never seemed to blow properly. Hallways too were warm and stuffy. Also, pillows were the cheap feather kind that are too flat even when you use two. Because of these issues, we did not sleep very well our 2 nights. Hotel should also upgrade tv’s smart/HD as they are very old.
