The location is good and very convenient

Really nice room with a sitting area which had a great view of the St Lawrence river.

Gorgeous room, amazing amenities including snacks and drinks on arrival. Staff were very hospitable!

Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and we had a nice surprise of treats for us in our room. Location is perfect, righr across from the finicular. Would stay again and would definitely recommend.

This building is very old and full of charm. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything in Old Quebec. Be mindful that it’s common for very old homes to have been built vertically, and as such, there are tons of stairs! Also, I noticed when booking that the hotel only has two stars, so I went into it with a 2-star mentality. As long as you keep that in mind, you will be fine. The staff are incredible, the goodie baskets were above and beyond what you would receive at a 4-star hotel, and you could feel the love radiating inside the old walls that have no doubt seen a lot over the years.

La ubicacion espectacular, las condiciones del hotel bastante buenas aparte de ser un hotel un poco mas viejo, solo encontre las habitaciones un poco pequenas y habian unas hormigas que cojieron toda mi maleta de ropa

Wonderful location and excellent value

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et toujours très disponible. La chambre était vraiment très bien. On va y retourner pour prendre une chambre vue sur le fleuve.

loved everything except for the scented sheets. It's a very old fashioned in a good way. I loved the stained glass windows and the very big room.

I enjoyed my stay overall, especially because of the great location and the convenience of easy parking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a positive first impression. I also appreciated the welcome basket with snacks and drinks, as well as the coffee machine in the room. The room itself was warm and comfortable, which was especially nice. The hotel has a more traditional, older style, which travelers may want to be aware of. While generally fine, there is some room for improvement in terms of upkeep and cleanliness. The bathroom was quite compact, and the shower head was leaking during my stay. Guests are also expected to change into slippers inside the hotel; slippers are available on site for an additional charge, so it’s something worth keeping in mind when planning your stay. Overall, a pleasant experience with several thoughtful touches, particularly suited for those who value location and friendly service.

Clean room, very friendly staff, convenient and centric location.

The room is neat and clean. The staff are very friendly. All food inside the room is free, which is very lovely. The location is very near to every tourist area. Definitely go back to this hotel ❤️
