The location is good and very convenient

Very clean room, helpful staff, convenient parking

Loved the quaintness of the place right on the waterfront with an amazing view. The staff were very helpful and imformative.

Everything was great we were in the heart of the old city very easy to walk around and explore. Parking was good because they had enough spots but I could imagine that being a challenge if ever the ran out of parking spots as parking is limited. rooms are pretty small but they had everything you really need from a hotel so no complaints

We couldn’t have picked a better hotel. It’s right next to the castle and has a beautiful view on the city. The room is clean, comfortable and has plenty of snacks. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. They’re always there if you need anything and even let us keep our car parked after checkout so we could explore the city a bit longer!

Room was very quiet and bed was very comfortable. I really just needed a place to sleep and clean up as I was sightseeing all day long so it was great for that. Just be aware that it is a very old hotel, so not everything is perfect. It is a great place to stay if you need a place to rest and clean up!!

It was overall good experience with Thai hotel we stayed two nights here and we feel very good and room is very clean and everything is near to this hotel which you want to explore . It is very good location in Quebac and affordable too.

All staff were very friendly and Yvonne was amazing when we checked in upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable and it was very easy to park on-site. The location of the hotel was so ideal.

Excellent location. Right in middle of everything. Refereshments in mini fridge were good enough. Girls at reception were extremely helpful and polite. Would love to stay again.

Room was bright, clean and had a terrific view of the water. Location is amazing, right next door to Chateau Frontenac, restaurants,cafes, Plains of Abraham.

I was a solo woman here and it was fabulous! Yvonne, Gabriel and Amelie were the best of the best in all ways. The room was great for one or 2, with a few accommodations for a tight toilet / bathtub space but totally doable and not worth worrying about unless you are a tall man. The noise was very low or none as I was on the inside but still had a window to the bedroom and bathroom which.could be darkened. You.do.need to navigate very steep stairs up and down, but this like all of Quebec city. It's fine but for the coming in/out with.a.suitcase..Get used to it walking around the city! LOL The location.is 2nd to none. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as an experienced traveler with reasonable expectations without an elevator. Honestly, if you need an elevator then Quebec will be.difficult.for.you 😜

Location was good, the value great. Room very small and in back with no view (opt for front room if available!). Parking was expensive 160. Canadian for 5 nights. But the convenience made it worth it! Overall, friendly staff, awesome location, good value--Would go back but choose a front room.
