Juste aviser qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et qu'on doit monter les marches avec nos valises. 40 marches à monter pour aller à ma chambre, en plus des 8 marches pour accéder à la réception. Ma valise étant très lourde, c'était un désagrément.
Par contre c'est le seul inconvénient que j'ai vécu, le reste je donne 9.5/10!!!

Staff were amazing very helpful carried my bag up 2 flights as I failed to notice when booking that there wasn’t a lift - I’m a senior travelling alone. Great location close to restaurants and the funicular.

Great location! Older building, but it was comfortable. The tv only had a couple of channels and the bathroom (space between the toliet and bathtub) was very tight. Onsite parking definitely a plus.

Everything was a excellent rating any thing that was a 4 out of 5 was because the building was 200 years old ( which was the absolute charm of it ) the location could not have been better we parked our vehicle and were able to walk everywhere the staff were great especially Yvonne she helped with luggage she looked after tickets above and beyond she was extremely friendly and spoke English and helped us as we are technically challenged Thank you again Yvonne for making our stay a breeze

The view was amazing, the hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only regret is that I forgot to leave a tip for the staff before we left. I sincerely apologize for that.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this charming historic hotel in mid-July--our first visit to Quebec City. Staff were welcoming, efficient, and helpful, and we appreciated the availability of a dedicated parking spot right around the corner. Location could not have been better; hotel is extremely convenient to Vieux-Quebec sights, tours, and restaurants but set off from the tourist congestion. Our river view room was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned via a portable window unit. As seems to be the case with many boutique hotels, staff are not always on site, but there is clear communication about the process of after-hours check-in, which seems well thought out and straightforward (we arrived during staffed hours, so have no direct experience with after-hours check-in). Would gladly stay here again!!!

The location was perfect right on the boardwalk & a quick walk to shops and restaurants. As this was a last minute trip we rented a small room on the 4th floor, the room was clean and the bed comfy. Air conditioning was wonderful.
The only drawback was the bathroom was laughably small. It worked and was clean, but you *literally* can sit on the toilet and spit your toothpaste into the sink without rising.
