Everything is perfect! Beautiful View, Wonderful Host, and Unmatched Kindness! I recently stayed at this Hotel, and despite its age, my experience was fantastic!

Room number 9 was awesome. Beautiful view and clean. Location is perfect.

The lobby closes at 7pm. This is different from a regular hotel. The hotel need to ensure a phone number which can be connected during after hours. All other aspects are very good, other than this.

If you love historic, heritage-style hotels, this place is absolutely one of the best choices you can make. The location is exceptional, with easy access to everything. The director and management team are incredibly generous, warm, and genuinely welcoming. I had a truly memorable stay here. If I ever return to Quebec City, I would definitely choose this hotel again—because of its outstanding location, its beautiful atmosphere, and the genuinely uplifting experience of being around such a wonderful team.

El hotel es simplemente encantador, muy amables, limpio, hay un microondas, horno eléctrico y un tostador en un área común con platos y cubiertos, dan un pase para el bus gratis llenando una forma en internet por medio de un Qr, dan orientación turística y snacks gratis en la habitación todos los días

The staff were very helpful and considerate.

Great location, accessible to the main Quebec! Very friendly staff and goodies in the room restocked everyday. The cleanliness was alright, some areas were not properly cleaned, but overall decent. The downside is that the walls are very thin as is the ceiling, you can hear your room neighbors all the time, and i mean all the time doing everything at any odd hours.

Unfortunately we got in late due to flight delays and our room was available but freezing and heat not working

Excellent location, just few steps to the Chateau Frontenac and to the Dufferin Terrace Boardwalk, overlooks to the St Lawrence River, many Old-City restaurants to choose around. Very well maintained building, very clean inside the hotel and the rooms, some rooms have un-obstructed river and boardwalk view and large space. Work desk, TV, very comfortable matress and pillows, fridge, microwave oven, water heater and coffee macine in the room. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Very good customer service by the staff.

What a great little hotel in the heart of old Quebec City. We took a chance when booking but we regretted nothing. It was a wonderful stay, close to everything, yet quiet and quaint. The staff were remarkable, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and was a perfect end to each day of touring the old city. The only downside was that we had to leave. Would go back in a heart beat.

Tout est très proche de l’hôtel, hôtel calme. Bruit de l’eau dans la salle de bain un peu trop forte, mais sinon tout est excellent.

From the moment of my arrival, the service was impeccable: the staff always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all moment, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The facilities exceeded my expectations, everything was very well maintained, clean and with a cozy atmosphere that invited rest. The commitment of the hotel to offer quality in every detail is noted. Another aspect that I loved was the value for money, since I think I received much more than I expected from what I paid. It is a place that combines comfort, excellent service and good Excellent service and good rates. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Totally recommended!
