Hébergement d’exception. Un endroit où le temps s’arrête et où on fait juste profiter et relaxer. Un accueil chaleureux, un déjeuner très bon et un décor vraiment unique. Le tout dans un coin tranquille du vieux Québec.

Hotel Cap Diamant is a quaint hotel with a great location and great vibe! Rooms have chic decor and very cozy. Very comfy bed. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Honestly, the loveliest little hotel—more along the lines of a bed & breakfast! The entire place was spotless, the staff was beyond friendly and attentive, there were amazing little extras that many places wouldn’t have even thought of, and the location was perfect!

The rooms are quite nice and staff very helpful. Unfortunately, the main heating was malfunctioning or had not been started (was told both) for the 3 first days of my stay. Reception, hallways and room was very cold even with a wall unit and electric heater they provided. On third day, I had no hot water on the third floor. The manager was nice enough to send me to a neighborring hotel. I understand this is an old building but you would expect it to be functional or otherwise be told about the malfunction and offered to stay knowing this or offered a reimbursement.

Beautiful old hotel, room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was perfect to start the day but the real star was Marie Eve, a real treasure, great to deal with, always friendly and willing to help. Our room was on the top floor so very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

My husband and I just had a lovely stay a Hotel Cap Diamant. This is a quaint old style hotel. Makes you feel like you’re in Europe. The room as comfortable, the staff was very kind and helpful (Marie-Eve is such a sweetheart!), and it was conveniently located in Old Quebec. It was nice to have a healthy morning bite to eat. The many choices of beverage options was great. If stairs are a concern than this is not the choice for you. Otherwise we highly recommend this hotel.

El hotel y todo su personal fue una maravilla. Pasamos unos días excelentes y la atención de Marie Eve fue excepcional. Podemos decir sin dudarlo que es un hotel de 10 y que pronto regresaremos si Dios lo permite.
