C'était un séjour et une expérience super sympas, les chambres étaient propres, modernes et bien équipées. Le personnel est top, chaleureux et pro.

Extremely exquisite design and decoration, off site outdoor parking lot is very close and convenient. Definitely will come back again.

Beautiful, charming Hotel. Top quality linen sheets high end toiletries. Breakfast was included with a very nice croissant jams. Perfect location to old town in a quiet area.

The rooms are quite nice and staff very helpful. Unfortunately, the main heating was malfunctioning or had not been started (was told both) for the 3 first days of my stay. Reception, hallways and room was very cold even with a wall unit and electric heater they provided. On third day, I had no hot water on the third floor. The manager was nice enough to send me to a neighborring hotel. I understand this is an old building but you would expect it to be functional or otherwise be told about the malfunction and offered to stay knowing this or offered a reimbursement.

Beautiful old hotel, room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was perfect to start the day but the real star was Marie Eve, a real treasure, great to deal with, always friendly and willing to help. Our room was on the top floor so very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful stylized boutique stay. The Staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful and thoughtful. Perfect location to explore all Old Quebec City has to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My husband and I just had a lovely stay a Hotel Cap Diamant. This is a quaint old style hotel. Makes you feel like you’re in Europe. The room as comfortable, the staff was very kind and helpful (Marie-Eve is such a sweetheart!), and it was conveniently located in Old Quebec. It was nice to have a healthy morning bite to eat. The many choices of beverage options was great. If stairs are a concern than this is not the choice for you. Otherwise we highly recommend this hotel.

El hotel y todo su personal fue una maravilla. Pasamos unos días excelentes y la atención de Marie Eve fue excepcional. Podemos decir sin dudarlo que es un hotel de 10 y que pronto regresaremos si Dios lo permite.

We had a great experience at Cap Diamant. The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere. We went to Quebec to visit the Christmas Market… so close to great restaurants, and shopping. There is convenient parking for $30 per day. The warm croissants at breakfast were so good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend ❤️

Superb room!

The rooms and common areas were all very clean. Friendly service & easy check-in/check-out. The place is at a walking distance of most touristic spots & a bunch of restaurants.

It is so unusual to find quality in linens, fabric, furnishings, customer care and food, but Cap Diamont nails it. What they achieved is exceptional.

Clean renovated and wonderful customer service

There is no elevator in the hotel❗🤦 and the bathroom is too small. Everything else is very good😞 the girl in the reception is very nice, friendly and effective ✅🤗
