Hard to regulate room temperature, noise from other rooms. But nice stay

Overall we like this place and have stayed before. This time we had to switch rooms twice, first time someone’s already in the room. Second room leaked and was about 35 degrees… we slept with both windows open and it was -15 outside . Third room was good.

Great place to stay price is right.

Great stay at the Lobstick for our last minute ski getaway. The kids loves the pool. We were thankful for the hot tub and sauna to warm up after a day on the hill. However, the pool, hot tub and sauna are very popular amongst the hotel guests. The hot tub temperature was heavily impacted with the number of bodies it required to warm up.

The lock on the room door broke at 10:00 at night and they weren’t able to get us back into our hotel room until 10:00 am the next day causing us to miss a whole day of skiing. The stay should have been comped but nothing was offered.

Dated accommodations but very clean, and the staff were all super friendly.

The room service staff only made the beds everyday, if you want anything else you have to tra k them down. I had to refill the coffe/tea all 5 days. They never closed the sofa bed so had to do it ourselves to use the sofa during the day. The pool is freezing and the restaurant has been closed since COVID

Property is tired and needs some money spent updating the rooms. Everything was clean and tidy. We had the 2 double beds in one room plus sofa and they were jammed in. If you are there as a couple or small family, should be ok however we had 3 kids and although the bedding allowed for it, room was cramped.

Having a kitchen was great!

Good - room was clean, staff was great Bad - pool is cold, outdoor hottub is always full and my kids had trouble with some ignorant drunk people our last night here, it was brought up with the staff, but we waited an additional 30 minutes for the manager before finally giving up and going back to the room. Indoor hottub has what looks to be a permanent wooden cover over it- it's obviously been broken for quite some time and isn't on the list to be fixed. There should be a time limit on the outdoor one, and the occupancy of it, along with the liquor consumption, shpupd be better monitored. Overall, if you have little children, expect the pool to be a dissapointment and not to have a hottub.

We have stayed at Lobstick so many times but this time it didn't live up to it's usual standards. The staff were, as always, excellent but overall our stay was...'meh'. The wrong roomwas allocated to us at check.in, luckily the great staff resolved the issue efficiently. Our room was kind of shabby a cupboard door wouldn't stay closed, the bedroom carpet was wet, there was no hairdryer. All minor inconveniences, but things that we had not experienced in previous stays. None of it really affected our stay as we were in our room much over the two days but I imagine it would be a big frustration for different guests. There was also a strange clicking/tapping noise from the bedroom ceiling that made it difficult for me to sleep. I'm sure it had a lot to do with being over the busy holiday season as we've never had any issues at any of our other stays

Walls are thin, pool is freezing which leads everyone into outdoor hot tub which is nice but good luck getting in it at anytime. Also not enough parking.

The room is large and clean, there is no microwave, there is a lot of noise from the room above, my request to move to another floor was refused, the jacuzzi inside the pool did not work
