Staff freindly clean room

We were a group of four adults and one child staying in Suite 127. On May 16th, a serious incident occurred at the swimming pool facilities. My friend’s wife was using one of the shower rooms with the door locked from the inside. During her shower, a hotel technician attempted to force the locked door open using a tool, and ultimately succeeded in opening it while she was still inside. This was an alarming and unacceptable breach of privacy and safety. We immediately reported the incident to the reception desk. We were told that the matter would be investigated and that we would be informed of the outcome. The following morning, the reception staff informed us that, as compensation for this mistake, we would receive a refund. However, at checkout, we were told that because our reservation was made through Expedia, the hotel could not issue a refund. This contradicts what we were told earlier. Additionally, the hotel had already taken my credit card information for the damage deposit at check‑in, so issuing a refund through the same card would have been entirely possible. The refusal to do so was extremely disappointing. Overall, the handling of this incident was unacceptable, and we left completely unsatisfied with both the response and the lack of accountability.

Bed was comfortable

This place is caught in a time warp! Rooms are from 1970’s. Broken lamps positioned in areas where they cannot be plugged in if you wanted too!. Although extension cord was available but in use for other things. One over head light at entrance. Dirty walls. Dirty torn wall paper. Water marks on back of bathroom door! Disgusting rugs. No “kitchenette” area. Upholstery water marks! Mold on bathroom ceiling. Chipped furniture. No A/C!!!!! No air!!! No safe!!! Just the basics are missing. Aged mirror hanging in bathroom and it all “blackened” Why is this place still open. It should be condemned.

Not your fancy hotel but super cozy. Hotel is clean and staff are super friendly. I requested a room not on the ground floor and they were able to accommodate. This was our 4rth time staying here. We will be back!

Older property, but was very clean with friendly, helpful staff. Very spacious rooms. Loved the provided shower products Only complaint was the beds seemed almost too small to even be doubles

The only real negative was the first impression. Stairs leading to front were dirty and aging. Could use some maintenance.

Zeer gehorig hotel, wij sliepen in de 'kelder' wat nogal donker aanvoelde. Doordat het zo gehorig was hoorden wij de gehele avond mensen boven ons stampen op de grond. Al met al viel deze accomodatie tegen en hadden we er meer van verwacht.

This hotel had large rooms and the pool and hot tub were a hit. Close to amenities and for those travelling with dogs the walking paths behind the hotel made tending to puppy needs easy.

Would not recommend room was extremely hot with heat off and windows open, also no hot water in the shower, Don’t stay here not worth it

outlets are broken and there is no air conditioning

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful.

Clean room, basic with everything we needed. Outdoor hot tub was welcome after the ski day!

The hotel was very nice, and has a pool and hot tub to enjoy. No Breakfast was included, however.
