Lobstick Lodge was my favorite property that we stayed at on our Canadian Rockies road trip. Cozy stay with great big windows to keep enjoying the outdoors while indoors. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the proximity of the hotel to hikes and wildlife. I hope to return someday!

The suite was nice. Needed an exhaust fan above the stove.. otherwise it was a really good experience.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well maintained, the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is clean and well located, but the soundproofing of the walls is very poor. You can hear neighboring rooms and hallway movements clearly, which affected my sleep quality.

No air conditioning, so if in the summer, be ready for a hot and stuffy room.
No breakfast included in the high price, which was noted, but still is inconvenient.
The outlet to the coffee maker and kettle was behind a chair and needed us to move the chair and find the extension. Not very safe to manage that with children in the room.
Beds were comfy and sheets good. Bathroom is small but adequate and clean.
Since it was so hot, we did not feel like walking the 15 minutes to town, so our only dining options were the pub style one block down.

The hotel was nicely located within the town of Jasper. Room was clean and located in the semi-basement level (Level 1). There also was no air conditioning but the temperature during our stay did not require it. Don't forget that this is a pet-friendly hotel. There was a fair amount of barking heard when we arrived in our room but the staff promptly took care of it. The walls were quite thin and if the people in the adjacent room would shower or flush the toilet, it was easily heard in our room. The coffee shop located on the main floor is excellent.

No guest service. We stayed for 3 nights and no one came even once to clean the room or throw trash. TV remote did not had battery. We called the front desk they said they will replace it but they never came.

Staffs are good, they kindly exchanged our room since it smells soooo bad, like urine. (Our new room smells not good either, but better than the first one, we have to open our window when we are out to get fresh air)
Air condition seems not working.
You can hear the noise from next door since they are rooms separated by a locked door.
There is no microwave in the whole hotel.
I expected more with this price but ended up with disappointment.

Quite a walk to the main hub. Entrance stairs were hard to navigate with luggage. Rooms were noisy from people up and down the hallway.
