We really enjoyed this property. Very clean and homey. Only glitch was arriving at the address given and no where to check in. We asked around and check in was on another street. Would stay there again

The unit was very chic and modern, loved the music and zen feeling upon entering the studio. I recommend that the property provide English correspondence with instructions as all email and Expedia communication was in French and I would not book again based on that factor as French is not a universal language.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was immaculate and the heated floors in the bathroom were a really nice touch. Chelsea is a cute village and we wish we had more time to explore. Location is prime to visit the spa or go to Gatineau Park!

We had a great stay here, the place was clean and very large. We would walk to many restaurants and to the spa. I would highly recommend.

Very nice stay at Lofts du Village. Check in was easy and our unit was clean and comfortable. The property was an easy walk to Nordic spa and a short drive to many activities.

great location, well designed layout. thoughtful supply of coffee and basics; very quiet and comfy bed and Murphy bed for extra person - highly recommend and hope to return!

Clean room, close parking, seamless check-in, proximity to spa and walking distance to restaurants.

Friendly young staff (albeit hard to find the reception!). Lovely young man sprung out back to assist us when we were in a wellness inspection

The huge space

Staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and beautiful. There were a few minor issues, such as some chipped paint in the bathroom, and this time the bed was smaller than during my previous stay, which may be due to the fact that I indicated I would be staying alone instead of with a plus one. I would have preferred liquid body wash rather than the soap bar provided during both stays, especially since bar soap can be difficult to share when there are two guests. I also wish that at least one bottle of water were complimentary — my options were either tap water from the bathroom or purchasing a bottle. That said, if you bring your own toiletries and water (or be willing to purchase), you will likely have no complaints. It’s a lovely, clean, and spacious property with thoughtful touches like cute towels , bath robes, two shower heads, and diffusers, and I do intend to visit again. I love going to Nordik Spa, and the location is perfect — very close by and easy to walk to if you don’t drive. It’s also close to Ottawa and nearby stores, making it easy to walk or find affordable transportation.

Room is clean, beautiful view. Only issue, can be challenging to find room if you arrive after dark but staff was super nice and helpful.

Very clean, cozy, and right close to everything in chelsea. 2nd time staying here and will stay again next year when we visit the spa.
