Friendly young staff (albeit hard to find the reception!). Lovely young man sprung out back to assist us when we were in a wellness inspection

Love the location, room size. Staff was very responsive to our minor requests.

The room was beautiful. It was clean and the check in was very easy.

The huge space

Staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and beautiful. There were a few minor issues, such as some chipped paint in the bathroom, and this time the bed was smaller than during my previous stay, which may be due to the fact that I indicated I would be staying alone instead of with a plus one. I would have preferred liquid body wash rather than the soap bar provided during both stays, especially since bar soap can be difficult to share when there are two guests. I also wish that at least one bottle of water were complimentary — my options were either tap water from the bathroom or purchasing a bottle. That said, if you bring your own toiletries and water (or be willing to purchase), you will likely have no complaints. It’s a lovely, clean, and spacious property with thoughtful touches like cute towels , bath robes, two shower heads, and diffusers, and I do intend to visit again. I love going to Nordik Spa, and the location is perfect — very close by and easy to walk to if you don’t drive. It’s also close to Ottawa and nearby stores, making it easy to walk or find affordable transportation.

Room is clean, beautiful view. Only issue, can be challenging to find room if you arrive after dark but staff was super nice and helpful.

Very clean, cozy, and right close to everything in chelsea. 2nd time staying here and will stay again next year when we visit the spa.

Room was wonderfully large, quiet and a nicely designed space and building near the park. Would recommend to anyone staying long or short term. Good eats close by but also a lovely kitchen is included in the studio room. Only draw backs were: there was no cable so couldn't watch sports especially World Series; we were on the third level and had too take the outdoor stairs which was a bit tricky for my partner -especially in the dark; would have liked a pizza or baking tray for the oven. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future!

Beautiful lofty, cozy; friendly staff at check in Only downfall person above us was walking around for what seemed hours with shoes on and moving furniture so very loud and it was midnight so had a hard time falling sleeping

Expedia please email Loft Village about pet room charge. I didn't have a pet . Last room so I took it. Loft said you need email them so they can credit my credit card for pet fee of$50 that I didn't use since no pet.

The loft was really beautiful and impeccable. Only thing that should be improved is description of the layout. I thought there was a separate bedroom, so ended up being 4 adults sleeping in the same area.
