Beautiful room especially the bathroom, clean loft, great location. Thoughtful mini guest experience touches too like the Jean robes. My only complaint was that the bed mattress could have been a bit more comfortable but I would stay here again for sure.

Clean room. Parking was okay. But the bed was so uncomfortable and the frame was dangerous. My husband and I both walked into the Wooden frame because it sticks out smashing your shins.

I recommend that the property provide English correspondence with instructions as all email and Expedia communication was in French and I would not book again based on that factor as French is not a universal language.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was immaculate and the heated floors in the bathroom were a really nice touch. Chelsea is a cute village and we wish we had more time to explore. Location is prime to visit the spa or go to Gatineau Park!
