Clean, great staff, good food, fun atmosphere

Room would good gor overnight staybut small size lack of storage was a problem geared more to backpackers with most amenities in lobby

Where to start, the moment you walk in, you are greeted with multiple Nova Scotian smiles. Warm vibe, chic, with an extra boost of artistry and whimsy for all. The restaurant serves some of the best food ever! They offer complementary, delicious refreshers for guests, along with the best coffee and hot chocolate daily, and a wide variety of snacks for those late night munchies. While all working here have been outstanding, I must say, Sean and Bella, go above and beyond - from excellent service, outstanding knowledge of the menu and, just so lovely, kind and like all here - incredibly beautiful people.  The rooms are cozy, the rain shower is a game changer, and no carpet on floors along with very meticulous cleaning made my sleeps a lot more sound and very comfortable.  Location is perfect - you can literally walk anywhere, and when you come back to your hotel at night - there will always be happy, shiny people, to make you feel safe and welcome! Will be booking my next stay very here soon!! Thanks Team at Moxy Halifax. You're the Best!!! Cherie 

Great service and beautiful hotel

Excellent service at the front desk...Clean, neat & tidy everywhere!Reasonably priced.Liked the "minimalist" concept. Our only difficulty was calling the Halifax Moxy front desk (talking to a human) to confirm our reservation a week before arrival. We were never able to reach the hotel & talk to someone. Human response is still appreciated in this "AI world."

The atmosphere is amazing, and the food is absolutely delicious! Absolutely beautiful hotel!

Amazing location, great staff

It was a good location centrally located easy to get to the water and harbor by foot A lot of good places and options to eat as well as small shops and coffee locations.

The staff was courteous imprompt with answering any questions or calls

Very friendly and accommodating staff..

Moxy is convenient, modern and reasonable. Rooms are comfortable but it’s not a 4 star destination. It’s affordable and located adjacent to downtown, the boardwalk, Citadel etc. It also has a small restaurant with happy hour and decent breakfast, lunch, and dinner—though there are lots of great restaurants in Halifax to check out.

The eggs benny were tasty but the portion was a bi small.

The rooms were small but cozy. The staff was great. If there was one thing "negative" it would be the check in parking.

The noise was awful.. sound carried and we were woken up at 6am to partying and loud music. I called the office and it was less noisy until 8am when it started up again.
