An old hotel that has been poorly renovated. Room was tiny. No resemblance to the website. Balcony was just old cement, no chairs. Our view below was a trough of garbage. Our floor smelled like toilets and chlorine. Thermostat didn't work. Fixtures, fittings, door hinges, paint, carpet, all very old and worn in room and hallway. No effort to make it look inviting. It felt like a dorm room or a cheap motel. The beds were lumpy and the pillows were just tiny pieces of foam in a pillowcase, half the size of regular pillows. No one slept. Front desk was pleasant, but made to pre-pay at the front desk. Hazardous broken cement slabs that make up the path leading down to the parking lot. Would not recommend to anyone when there are better choices for hotels in Belleville at the same or cheaper rate.

The Ramada is where I stay whenever I visit home, and I choose it because I love looking at the water. The staff are extremely professional and I witnessed them have to deal with two unruly patrons while I was checking in. Kudos to all of you. That being said, it's a room. The elevators are old and creepy, it seems to attract people who don't care for anyone else's story, the pool has been shut down since forever, the shower had little to no pressure, and when asked if we could move our checkout time from 11 to 12, they gave us till 1130 regardless of most of the rooms being seemingly empty. It seems like things arent going great, and unless they put more money into renovations, unfortunately I might have to forgo the wayer views in the future for a more human hotel experience. Please, whoever owns this hotel, fix it.

Staff was great. Received a room upgrade which was nice. Very friendly staff. Rooms were not great. A curtain to cover the closet on a curtain rod? 🙁 Also bed - comfortable enough, but we were provided 3 pillows that were ½ size. Literally, they were ½ size of a double pillow. Not even sure where you would find that! Bathroom was interesting… not sure if the door was originally red? But the hinges were completely rusted, and the paint was chipping - looked like blood. kinda creepy. Also, only 2 cups in room. Period. Nothing for water - just 2 paper ups for coffee. View was nice, and it was nice to have fridge in the room. Can’t get over the curtain for the closet and the ½ pillows though. 😳 Breakfast - maybe a meat of some kind would have been nice - bacon or sausages or ham? Grounds are in disrepair. Outdoor pool was a mess - an eye sore. Maybe cover that? Also - need mor cleaning staff - hallways on forth floor were muddy when we went to bed, and still muddy in the morning. Maybe a small thing, but just saying…. I don’t think the room balconies are cleaned at all. Dried bird poop everywhere - and no table or chairs if you want to sit outside. This property has potential to be awesome, but no where near…. Excellent staff though…

Loud in the halls until after midnight & Little to no soundproofing between rooms. There was garbags in the halls, the room was so hot and no heat conteol. Check in clerk was not friendly and hotel so outdated. I would not stay here again.

The property is outdated and the hallway on our floor had a bad odour. The room heater was broken. After the third try they gave us a space heater that worked.

We were surprised that the Hotel did not have AIrConditioning in the rooms. As the name suggests it is located on the waterfront and the rooms were quite warm for spring and i would think by summer it would be very uncomfortable to stay in them.

I like that they atleast have egg cups with ham on their breakfast buffet even though it was described as continental.The staff are kind and polite to remind us that the water slide closed is close. Though they made a mistake of giving us one of a room with King bed instead of

Beds are comfy. Waterslide was inoperable and the whole reason for our travel was to enjoy the facility.

Stay was very good. Breakfast was below average.

Bathrooms were tight areas when trying to close door. Floor in room was nice but i could feel the air pockets when walking therefore not instaĺled properly.

The room was great and they even went and got my stuff that I forgot from my room an hour later after I checked out.
