The staff was very pleasant and helpful

The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and had a great view. The grounds are nice, with an outdoor pool that would be nice in the summer. Great location. The indoor pool wasn’t great. It’s an old pool, in a lower level with no windows, very poor air circulation and the filters/jets were not on. Poor air circulation in the rooms as well, but the balcony door opened which was nice. Over all a good value hotel, but I would stay away from the indoor pool.

There were no glasses to use in the bathroom, no face cloths, no place to put the soap by the sink. The buffet breakfast offered very limited choices, the bagels were stale. The beds were comfortable.

room old and in need of repair Reservation says sleeps 3 but the room only had a King Bed When ask at reception, they told me I was wrong even though I had the reservation details in my phone I asked for a cot which they provided acting like they were doing me a huge favor Not impressed at all Amenities at the hotel reminded me of the COVID era

Staff was great but your pool wasn’t heated and the gym was closed. I didn’t know until after I paid for my booking. The room was chilly and the lack of tub my made the trip uncomfortable and un enjoyable. The last night, which was most important for my sleep and most expensive, I was kept up due to loud and rude people in the room next to me and missed a morning phone appointment.

The hotel and rooms were really outdated and need a LOT of work. I had a number of issues with my room including: the main light switch did not work, there were no vent fan switch in the bath rooms so they room was very misty for the next person,I had to beg the house keeper for 2 wash rags which she took from another room, the TV did not work initially but they changed it quickly and it was ok, the breakfast was not good, I had taken it to the room but had to throw it away, a lot of water accumulated in the bath while showering even though I opened the drain plug fully. Only positives is that the staff were pleasant and helpful and the price was right.

The concierge Indian guy was amazing

My room was so hot and you can't control the temperature, they offered me a fan and I kept the patio door open. I checked out at 1pm a day early and they charged me for a full day. Train outside runs all night, if they had open rooms on the other side they should put people in them. I did not have breakfast but when I asked for water I was charged $2 per bottle. Parking lot is not well lit, as a single woman safety was a concern. Steps from parking lot to hotel are unsafe, and slippery.

Heated pool was very cold. Waterslide was not working. Suite has a kitchen but no dishes, utensils, stove top or pots, just a fridge, microwave and single-serve grounds coffee maker. Even a basic room has that. Elevator had no heat in it, hallways were cold. Poor selection for breakfast only hot food was eggs. Not accessible for wheelchairs, front lobby has a 12 degree ramp. Very difficult for a chair. TV has NO cable channels. Only streaming that you have to sign in to your own subscription. They only offer free streaming which is old re-runs and crappy tv. Very old and out-dated, needs insulation upgrades! Still asking $200 a night for sub-par motel. The only reason they did not receive 1 star was the service from their staff who tried to make things a little better. We will never stay here again!

No comforter Air conditioner is too noisy Staff is lacking for training

The room was clean and comfortable. I also like that there is a balcony to go on. But this room had no heaters. It was very cold. The staff provided me with a portable heater and extra blankets which helped alot The complimentary breakfast was very good as well. I will definetly be staying again.

Very affordable for what you get- clean, comfortable rooms. The concierge was lovely and made us feel right at home. Excellent location!

Friendly staff, clean room & other areas, very good breakfast with lots of variety. Hotel room on the tired side but no carpet which was good. Good pricing for what was available.
