Front desk staff were so helpful and friendly . Room was a standard room but clean and actually having a balcony was really nice !

I don’t know where to start off… As soon as you arrive in the building, you begin to see the lack of maintenance, spider webs everywhere. Then you go to front desk, no uniform or welcome of a professional hotel management/front desk. Then you hit elevator and reach your room, the lock is from 1990s, you have to insert your card to unlock, door has already scratches and a portion of room number seems to have been painted over. You finally open the door and the room is way smaller than the images, wallpapers are dirty, floor has big stains, ceiling corners have spider webs, behind tv there are spiders. You are like at least the view is good, as soon as you open the door to balcony, you get tangled to spider webs. Bathrooms seem to be renovated…why is a weird pipe of 2 colors sticking out of the bottom of the sink? there is no place to put soap, shampoo or conditioner in the shower. I don’t even want I talk about water pressure or the fact that or if another promises hot water you will get cold water for a few seconds. We booked this place just because it said it had water slide and despite calling them in advance to confirm it’s working, guess what? Slide isn’t functioning and requires “significant” fix. Indoor pool’s lights are broken, gym was hotter than sauna. The game room, has a pool table, air hokey and non-functional pinball machine that you have to put coins to operate. Breakfast is a joke, you eat breakfast inside an oven. Overall 0 star, I will never come back.

Balcony need cleanup. Windows arround pool amd gym covered by spider webbs and bugs. Breakfast was ok 35 min from sandbank s beaches.

During a 5 night stay, friend and I opted for a towels/sheet change on our 3rd day in. The sheets on my bed were torn in the center, no face cloths, bathroom wasn't cleaned nor the tub, patio door and screen were off the track creating a gap for bugs at night, and 3 calls for maintenance to fix the air conditioning which was finally backed up with a floor fan for 3 nights. There were no tables on the pool deck tho plenty of chairs. There was no entrance into the shallow end 4'3" of the pool,but 2 in the 5'3" deep end. No ac in lobby or elevator!. Beds were comfortable but old. We had to ask for a phone in the room too.

When I arrived the first thing was I was greeted with “hey bro what’s up” not what I was expecting but I know it was a young gentleman in training. 2nd. The room was okay but you had a headboard that was damaged. You had a drawer missing a handle, making it difficult to put items inside. 3rd The refrigerator was extremely loud. We had to unplug it. We could not sleep because the compressor was so loud. We believe that the refrigerator was broken.

Piscine exterieur sans lumieres, celle interieure hors service, glissade deau fermée. Le plancher en tapis est a changer dangereux (4e etage). Manque de maintenance des infrastructures ( marche escalier de piscine branle, manque de peinture, barreaux de balcon cassé). Salle de billard et hockey sur air super. Personnel tres courtois. Propre. Dejeuner tres bon et varié.

My child really enjoys coming to this hotel. The mix of an indoor/outdoor pool and the game room are always a hit.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife for one night and the experience was less than impressive. Here is a breakdown of the good and the bad: The good: - ample free parking -clean bathroom - indoor and outdoor pools -free breakfast -cleaning staff were great and very friendly (they should be giving lessons to the front desk staff on how to treat customers) The bad: - terrible check in experience - front desk person was very rude and dismissive; did not want to give us shampoo or conditioner or soap when asked - one elevator for a large hotel- wait times are long - pools are not great and in need of some TLC - rooms have problems with AC and lighting not working ( a couple we met were given a fan to cool off instead of being offered a different room with working AC) - breakfast had uncooked turkey bacon in a warming tray - check out was very underwhelming- no thank you for the business just a very curt "leave your room keys here" - not within walking distance of a store I would NOT choose to stay at this hotel again

Our stay at the Ramada Belleville was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the property appeared neglected. The rubber covering on the front step was broken, the landscaping was poorly maintained, and even the hotel sign had letters (the “D” and “A”) falling off. The lobby carpet was old and dirty, there were no bellboys and not enough luggage trolleys. It was also surprising to see portable fans throughout the lobby and breakfast area instead of central air conditioning. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which was one of the few positives. The breakfast area is poorly designed, making it difficult to move around during busy hours as guests constantly bump into each other. The food quality was very poor, selection was limited, and items ran out quickly. The gym is outdated, with broken equipment and only one set of dumbbells. The pool itself was clean, but the plastic chairs looked cheap and worn, with no comfortable lounge chairs. There is also a strange section where you swim under a glass wall into the hotel, which felt unsafe. Our room was the biggest disappointment. The décor is very dated, the floors and bed were dirty, and the balcony was filthy, covered in bugs and furnished with the same old plastic chairs. The bathroom was tiny, making it difficult to move without bumping into fixtures. The raised shower step is a safety hazard, and only tiny sample bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were provided—there wasn’t even shower gel.

The staff are wonderful, the rooms are clean and newly renovated, a nice breakfast is included and there's ample parking. It's a short drive to amenities.

Dont go there ! Maintenance so bad ! Pool ! Lobby etc !

I was happy to see the beds clean but it wasn’t confortable . However we walked in and it was very hot (No Ac), there was a smell in the entrance lobby. The bathroom tub wasn’t very clean so I didn’t want to use it. It’s def a 3 star hotel. The pool wasn’t clean at all. However the breakfast was great. I won’t go again.

The photos on Expedia did not match what we have experienced. This booking was ~250$ per night, but the room was neglected and with signs of poor maintenance. Our experienced was not that of what 250$ per night should offer. If i were to rate the cost, it is more in line with what ~100$ per night would offer.

No stair access, and long waits for only (1) elevator. Stains in the hallway carpets. Lack of clean towels and clean bedding while we were away during the day. I would not stay here again.

The property was a convenient location to everything. The staff was super helpful and available to our needs. Would stay there again!

350$ a night. Cobwebs all over the balcony, AC slow to cool the room, no place to put your soap in the shower? (Weird) Water damage on the ceiling tiles. I don't know about the soundproofing of the doors, Bunch of times through the night, I could hear people in the hallways... Anyways... Super busy breakfast line. Couldn't get in. Way too expensive, not worth it, sorry. Maybe half price... Nice view of harbour though...

Air conditioning in the hotel was not working. Our room was warm. Everything was clean and up to date, unfortunately our sleep suffered because of the broken AC
