ベッドは寝心地は最高に良かった。エアコンが20分に一度くらいの頻度で、動作音が鳴って残念な気持ちになった。

The staff and amenities were alright but the every blankets and sheets were had atleast one stain the furniture was all stained up and the “balcony” we got was ground level so like 8ft off the ground and shared with a neighbour, also you can’t smoke on the balcony without getting kicked out and they tell you that so what’s the point of having one and changing 30% more for it, the balcony room was a gross waist of money and there are lots of drug users around aswell cause it’s in the a bad part of town so you gotta smoke out in the unsafe parking lot instead of the safe balcony you pay for

Rooms are clean. Staff very helpful and nice. Price reasonable. Location excellent.

Cheap, conveniently located for day trips to Sun Peaks, reasonably clean, had everything we needed. Breakfast was nothing special but edible and can’t complain given the price.

Staff were great, breakfast was simple but fresh. Room was comfortable. Beautiful river and mountain views.

There were only 2 towels in the family suite for 4 people. We ended up having an ant *infestation* our room was overrun with literally hundreds of ants. They did move us into two separate rooms (not ideal as I was travelling with my kids) but at least they were beside each other. After moving, we had silverfish in both rooms so we had to keep our bags in the car so they didn't get into our clothes. Pool was okay, although again - no towels so we had to request some. The second rooms were got recently renovated so they were actually nicer/cleaner than the family suite. Very little sound transfer between rooms which was good, and front desk man was very polite and was properly embarrassed about the bug issue - the kitchenettes were well appointed and definitely handy - thus the two stars. Price was good, location also decent, this was a winter stay and I imagine it would be lovely in the summer.

Room has questionable standards of clean. There was bugs coming out of the jets and stuck on food on the glass wear provided. The Jetted tub had a thick layer of film that it created discolouration for the water. Upon turning on the jets dirt coming out of them like confetti. Brought it up to the front desk, they said a pipe had burst in the room earlier but they had cleaned it .. don't be fooled by the reviews, it is not a clean hotel. Very unfortunate stay, we payed extra for the jetted tub, at least the view was nice.

It was pretty bad, barely looked like they cleaned the room after the last guest. Hairs, toothpaste residue, and general dirt was still very present. The state of the room was awful, needed several repairs and the furniture showed clear damage.

Cost effective

The room was dirty when we checked in. The carpet in the room was wet. There were left over toothbrushes and used towels in drawers plus empty beer cans in a cupboard. The floors and walls were so dirty with hair and stains. The “clean” sheets and towels were stained

The room was nice and the fellow at the front desk was very nice; however, it looked like the sheets were wrinkled and hadn't been changed. We were too tired to fuss about it.

Location, location location. Easy on off. Lovely view of the river and mountains.

Our cozy room was perfect with a fabulous river view. Comfy bed. Clean and orderly. The adequate breakfast had the best sausages! Coffee was great. Staff were attentive and friendly.

The place is definitely in need of a remodel. The bed was comfortable but if definitely had a dirty and dates feeling. More of an 80s style setup.
