Like the saying goes, "don't judge a book by its cover".The rooms were very clean, comfy bed, nice bathroom, awesome hot tub and pool. Love the back patio with BBQs and seating overlooking thd river. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the worst cable package i have ever encountered anywhere, i should have brought my ROKU.

Great place for stop over. AC control could have been better and quieter.

Hotel is very easy to find. Right off the highway. Our room was clean, and newly renovated. Nice location overlooking the river. Was space to park with a trailer. Nice breakfast in the morning, we went early and no problem for seating. Eggs, sausage, bagels, fruit, coffee, juice, cereal. Will stay again!

Hot tub was nice n warm, breakfast was good, staff friendly. The room we stayed in was comfortable, however the tub facet is loose, and bathroom fan barely works.

The room itself was very nice, clean, and spacious. Felt like it was newly remodeled. Good bathroom and has all the amenities. Happily surprised that there was complimentary breakfast as I was not expecting it. The hotel was on a river which was nice, but the other area around it was not amazing. Some of the outer parts of the hotel did not seem the most renovated, but since most of our time was in the room, it wasn’t a big issue. Used the hot tub and pool which were nice but also not the newest.

Functional, comfortable beds, good shower all appreciated. Lack of character, generic motel.

Perfect for a quick overnight stay on route to Golden.

Great room very spacious

The room was extremely clean. The soaker tub and shower were very welcome after a long drive. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the reviews are right, it’s a nice clean place to stay and I plan to stay here in the future when I come through Kamloops again.

At first it seemed like not a great location...until...I discovered it was at the western end of a great paved path along the river! Beautiful walk.

Nice hotel room for a good price.

The continental breakfsst was good, except whennit was busy, they ran out of food and cutlery

Location was nice, right on the river. Room was a bit smaller than we are used to but it was fine for a few nights. There was no sitting area, no chair in the room but outside there was a big area with lots of chaise lounges and a big area with barbecues and nice patio tables and chairs. The motel sits right on the river with nice views. Rooms were clean and the shower was good. The breakfast was not great. Eggs seemed like powdered or reconstituted and the sausages were overcooked…both were barely warm. No yogurt. Breakfast room is way too small for the size of the motel! People had to sit with their food on their laps in the lobby which is also small. Staff was lovely and the place was quiet…no train noise which is unusual for Kamloops! A bit of noise outside from traffic on the bridge but not noticeable inside. We would definitely stay here again. Be aware, they do not respond to emails. We booked through hotels.com and tried through there as well as directly to the hotel…no response either way!

Was good and clean. Just don’t really like the fact of how the hallway is exposed to outside weather…

Comfortable, Quiet, Reasonably Priced, lots of stair to get around property with no elevator
