Disgusting lots of dead insects on the window seal, crawling bugs on the bedsheet, breadcrumbs on the sofa bed, spiders in the shower/bathroom. Accommodation is over priced.

Kids enjoyed the pool. Family suite was big enough to fit our family of 5 comfortably.

Views of the river are great

Everything was good. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. My husband has celiac disease and can’t have gluten. He had an egg and a banana. At other places we’ve found either cereal ( Cheerios) or frozen gluten free bread he could toast. There was sausage but didn’t know if it had gluten so he didn’t try it. I had been looking forward to the river view but unfortunately not enough seats, had to face the wall.it was crowded. I don’t consider that a complaint though, more of a comment. We will be back soon for another night.

Great gentleman on staff. Dated building and mediocre maintenance (door didn't properly close, mattresses not super comfortable) but you get what you pay for. Great location and views out the back. Clean pool amd hot tub.

Easy check in. Room was perfect for one night stay.

I booked this hotel after reading reviews about the great breakfast. The breakfast was awful, with very few choices and a tiny, crowded breakfast room. The room itself was ok, some parts were very clean while others were filthy (lamp shades, entry door).

The place was not clean. At night I literally felt bugs were jumping on me. The drawers were dirty, and the bathroom was filthy. There was a sock from a previous traveller as well as snot on the curtains. I won’t even want to mention the ceiling light fixture. As for breakfast the juice may be safe.

Every staff member was amazing! Had a great 3 nights!

Great location for a quick overnight stay on travels from Calgary to Vancouver. Bathroom was recently updated with all new everything. Complimentary breakfast was typical. Customer device was top notch.

Beautiful patio to sit on with view of the river, clean rooms, pool.

We appreciated the hotel being close to the river. Staff member at the front desk was friendly and had a welcome smile, but our room was disappointing. We couldn’t use our balcony to enjoy the view because there were bees swarming on the second floor above. The room also looked like a work in progress. There were two drilled circles on the wooden headboard where lighting would be, but instead there were lamps on shelves. The frame around the bathroom mirror was askew, and the door stop was a piece of round metal plate on the wall. The bed was decent, but seemed like a full size, not a queen. We won’t be back.
