No issues when we arrived, room clean, beautiful design. No complains!

Great value, awesome location, easy to self check in, comfortable bed. Lovely pubs around the area, safe street to explore, nice staff at the pub around the area Bistro l’Aut.. and nice bakery Aux2 Freres down the street. Not the quietest at night and ok water pressure - but those didn’t bother us. Thank you for the lovely memories!

Parking is easy and secure but didnt use it

Self check in is fast and easy. Nice big family stay great for kids and parents. Clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved it and will definitely book again in the future.Only a little detail when we went to the self checkout we got locked in-between the entrance of the hotel and the restaurant. We panicked until a person showed up and let us back in the hotel sección to be able to use the elevator down to the basement parking. Great everything else perfect. Great stay.

La chambre (appartement) était parfaite mis à part le lit et le divan-lit. Le lit était tellement inconfortable que j’ai dû aller dormir sur le divan (2 places). Le divan-lit était tellement endommagé qu’il était impossible de l’ouvrir en lit. La seule option c’était de dormir sur la surface assise. Nous étions deux personnes et le lit était inconfortable pour elle aussi.

Tres belle chambre confortable beaucoup beaucoup d'espace ... on se sens comme a la maison. comme beaucoup disent il y a le bruit et c'est vrai, mais c'est un batiment d'époque avec beaucoup de fenestration donc normal d'entendre ce qui se passe dehors. Merci pour le paravent il a bien servis comme rideau a la porte de secours... une amélioration pourrait etre faire a ce niveau. Sinon TOP CLASS

Convenience of restaurant, bar and hotel.

My girlfriend and I spent a night here and it was amazing. The room was huge, it had three different areas from the bed to the living room with a tv to the bathroom with a shower and bath. Great experience, although the cars on the street were quite loud at times. Other then that 5/5

Recommend this property to everyone. Very spacious, clean and the bed was the best I’ve slept in. Feel asleep fast and woke up refreshed in this bed. Walking distance to food and cafes. Safe area to walk around.

The room was clean and the bed was the softest I’ve ever slept in. Woke up refreshed and ready for my day. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone. The street it’s on has so many amenities to eat and hang out. Big and spacious room. I stayed in room 203.

When I arrived in the room, it was 25 degrees. I contacted the host to resolve the issue. When I returned, I was given instructions on how to turn on the air conditioning. BUT there was no remote control in the room to turn on the system. I notified the host, who replied that he would come NEXT DAY to bring the remote… So I slept in a room at 24.5 degrees without being able to fix the situation. Disturbed sleep… I already have a reservation for next October that I made earlier, but if you expect the service to be the same, please let me know and I will cancel this reservation.

I don’t even know where to begin with how much we loved this hotel room. 6 girls in the luxury suite for the night. Spa weekend. We had never heard of the British before, but man were we pleasantly surprised. The suite itself was super clean and massive. The decor was top notch. Check-in was easy peasy with the cute little lock boxes and the food at the pub was absolutely superb. We had a really good laugh about the open concept bathroom with no doors! lol (the toilet is private, FYI) so thankfully we’re all comfortable with showering in the open air! So if you are a shy group, it may not be ideal, but for us it added a really nice level of humour! We literally want to move in to this suite. We will for sure be staying here for every one of our spa weekends away!! Thanks Gen for a great experience!!

Nice spacious and clean. Beautiful space. Street noise but was expected for our stay. Earplugs helped. Excellent location for our event and lots to see and do around the area.
