剛翻新嘅酒店，cozy，靚，舒服，房乾淨同大，開2個大喼都可以，有露台，一打開窗簾就見到Rocky Mountain，泳池同按摩池都好正。行5分鐘就到town center，附近都有餐廳cafe。唯一係廁所浴室好細，要側身入。不過整體都好好，推薦

Impressive hotel!!!

We really appreciated the pool facilities open to adults until midnight. The hotel has a nice decor with a minimalist , clean style that I prefer. The sfaff were very pleasant and greeted us with kindness I would stay there again!

Steam room and sauna were awesome. The entire place has a very restful and peaceful feel to it

Amazing location and the spa facilities are a must after a day of hiking

The Kenrick reopened in June 2025, after extensive renovations. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed. Our only issue with the room was the lack of places to hang a wet towel at the sink, easily resolved with a small rack. The sink is set outside the shower/toilet area, basically in the bedroom, next to the front door. I don't like these set-ups, because if your partner is sleeping, you can't easily use the sink without making noise and turning on a light. That brings up the subject of lighting. The room has nice, but very soft ambient lighting. The light over the sink needs to be much brighter. I found it very hard to put on makeup! Overall, we had a great stay. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The new pool has showers, two hot tubs and two saunas. There are changing rooms and comfortable places to Lounge. Walking to the heart of downtown is 5 minutes, and there's a restaurant attached to the hotel for pretty good meals. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. If you're not staying at the iconic Banff Springs Hotel, The Kenrick is a great alternative.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who go above and beyond to help. Amazing swimming pool area with hot tubs, sauna and plunge pool. Lovely clean rooms with cozy atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

Newly renovated top to bottom. Double Queen room is a little snug, but clean and quiet. Pool are is fantastic, they have a cold plunge, two hot tubs, a sauna, and a steam room. Location is great, super walkable everywhere. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

Recently updated hotel with good sized room and storage space. Bathrooms were super comfortable. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pool/jacuzzi/cold plunge/steam/sauna area was really enjoyable and was a real highlight for this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The water spa was incredible- best facility that I have ever experienced at a hotel. Modern, impeccably clean, all the options you want- pool, sauna, cold plunge, steam room, private cabana area, drink service. Just excellent! Marc J, the Manager, was so welcoming and friendly. He even helped us book dinner reservations for the following night. The restaurant next door , The Fat Ox, had delicious food- had GF pasta with elk bolognese sauce!! Sooooo good. Thank you to the staff at The Kenrick!!

Staff was excellent!

My stay here was very nice. It's a beautiful hotel in a great location. The service is exceptional.

The room and the hotel was not worth paying $879.55 per night. The bathroom was tiny, the sinks were on the outside. Overall the room did not feel luxurious at all, their service wasn’t great either. The location is good and the pool was okay.

First of all, how is this not the highest rated hotel in Banff? At the price point, this place is incredible. I understand if you like a dusty old chalet style lodge, but that’s not for everyone. Staff were incredible and accommodating, underground parking included, everything was meticulously clean, and no detail was spared in the cohesive aesthetic of this amazing location. The hydrotherapy area was top notch, rivaling many paid spa experiences elsewhere. I will recommend to friends, and I will be back for sure!

Sony was the person working the front desk and She made us feel very welcomed to the hotel. She answered all our questions and queries, which made our stay Perfect! The kids also loved the pool!! Would recommend and stay again!
