The Kenrick Hotel

The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub facility was wonderful The location was excellent and the restaurant next to the hotel was also very good

No table in the room, no microwave. Room temperature is so hot, no lights where the coffee machine located its too dark to make a coffee We just use my flashlight on my phone ! Its room 309 The view from the balcony is amazing. And the pool is beautiful relaxing ambiance but It feels like its not kids friendly. Overall 7/10

Rooms are clean and very spacious with great decor and finishes. Love the hydrotherapy amenities and appreciated the adult hours between10pm-midnight. Hotel was very close walking distance to the main strip in Banff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. May become my main choice for hotel stays when heading to Banff!

Newly renovated and tastefully decorated hotel in downtown Banff. Walking distance to all area restaurants and shops. Mountain shuttles stop directly in front of the hotel, and bus #1 and #2 that go to Fairmont Banff Springs and Sulfur Mountain are within 2-3 minute walk. Underground parking garage was great during cold winter nights. As far as food goes, there is a great restaurant attached to the hotel, however, I wish it was accessible directly from the hotel as opposed to from the outside. It makes it walking outside and get in during winter months not desirable. For that reason we opted out to dine at other restaurants in town most of the time. The pool/wellness area was neat but can become crowded during busy seasons. If I was to be super picky, I would say one downside was the sink/vanity area of the bathrooms in the rooms, which is awkwardly placed in the entrance to the room and is very small for a family of 3 to share on daily basis. Other than that, the rooms were very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay at The Kenrick again!!!

The Kenrick is an extremely comfortable place to stay. The rooms are super comfortable and modern, and the staff are very friendly. It’s a great place for a Banff vacation.

It was the perfect place to have a getaway. The room was clean, towels were refreshed and the beds were comfortable. The pool was perfect with such a beautiful view. The employees at the front desk were very helpful and sweet.

I didn’t feel great being said you won’t get your room until 4, sent on fool’s errand for a few hours just to be told, yeah, your room is still not ready, at 4:20… But, the rest of stay was pleasant enough to convince me, I’ll be back there soon! The pool was more than great.

Nice updates to the former High Country Inn. Unfortunately the service could use the same vibe check that the pool area received. We received a message to checkout the first night of our stay.

Lovely hotel. Clean and amazing service

We never used the pool facilities. Only one elevator which could be terribly slow. Room on Banff ave side was very noisy. Patio door didn’t close properly. Bathroom was a horrible design. Terrible lighting to get ready and vanity out in the open. Toilet and shower were very tight and door opened inward barely missing toilet. Definitely not worth over $500 /night.

Clean and comfortable hotel, loved how small it was. Easy access to the pool for the family. Really great set up for families!

Our stay could not have been better. Hotel is clean, beautiful and has lots of amenities but the staff are what makes this place. Everyone went above and beyond, but mostly Al the maintenance manager who helped us boost our car. Thank you so much!

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Pool, hot tubs, and steam/sauna were quite nice, and drink service to the pool was appreciated. The rooms have been nicely updated, though they should have made the bathroom in the two queen room a bit larger; it was difficult to squeeze into the bathroom between the door and toilet.

Very cute boutique hotel. Stylish decor, good water pressure in shower, and great location. We walked into town every day. Had drinks at Fat Ox, great staff.
