The pool was nice, but it seemed geared more toward families with young children. I also wish the sauna, with its clear doors, wasn’t so exposed to the pool area—it lacked the quiet, tranquil spa-like atmosphere I was hoping for.

Everything at this hotel is fantastic. The room was great and very spacious, we had the king mountain view. The pool area was incredible. Guest service staff are so friendly and helpful. 10/10! Look no further this hotel is perfect!

Loved staying at the Kendrick. This was a great location for us staying in Banff. The room was well serviced and staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved the cabin-like feel and waking up to the gorgeous mountain views was a highlight. The indoor swimming pool and steam room was a wonderful experience.

No table in the room, no microwave. Room temperature is so hot,
no lights where the coffee machine located its too dark to make a coffee
We just use my flashlight on my phone ! Its room 309
The view from the balcony is amazing.
And the pool is beautiful relaxing ambiance but
It feels like its not kids friendly.
