The room and hot tub were amazing, and just when you thought that was perfect, jump in the shower. I read the 10 star reviews and was sceptical, I'd like to give 20 if I could.

Stayed a night while flying out of Hamilton. It was great, had a pool for the kids and was 20 mins from airport in the morning.

The room was nice and clean, more than adequate with lots of space for a computer and for the clothes. The best of all was the kitchenette, I was able to reheat some food and make my own breakfast because I found a breakfast at the restaurant was terribly expensive. But everything was really clean. The service was very attentive and it was nice to see Security walking around and checking up on the cars at night. I do have to mention my bed was lumpy, I think it would help to put a mattress topper on it to take out the lumps or change the mattress however, I had an amazing sleep. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but it looked really inviting and if I come back down to Hamilton, I will likely stay there again because the price was good. I was only disappointed that the price did not include a breakfast. However, the parking was free where other hotels in the central area was anywhere between 15 and $40 so basically pick and choose what you really want. I will still come back because they were so nice.

We enjoyed a luxury suite with a large jacuzzi in the room. The shower was incredibly fancy, great water pressure as well. We appreciated the location, close to everything. We had room service which was super convenient! We will be back, this was a great place to stay!

The ground floor room was loud with Hallway traffic/ noise. Had to call the front desk to ask them to ask other guests to quiet down as it was still noisy after 1am.

Nice place, nice pool

There was no kitchen. Just microwave, fridge and keurig. Staff friendly. Room clean, bed comfortable. Liked the ability to park outside our room. The restaurant (nor bar) were open for dinner or breakfast which was a draw back. We did not get anything for VIP Access benefit.

The exterior illumination for the holidays took my breath away BUT THEN! The 15 foot tall tree in the lobby fashioned from huge poinsettias was the icing on the cake. This hotel is a little gem-I used expedia points and got a kitchenette that was so clean and fully equipped-I made toast, booked the kettle, and could have made Keurig coffee if I’d wanted to. I only slept there due to a weather emergency, but look forward to returning.
