Warm and cozy environment perfect for my birthday vacation will go back again same place

The hotel is very nice for the price, The amenities are decent, The staff was fantastic And the gym is better than advertised on the website.

Amazing stay! Far exceeded expectations for our family of 5 (with 3 kids 4 and under). Family suite was the perfect layout with separate sleeping area for the kiddos (and bathroom access on our side). Super clean, comfortable beds and just a simply superior room to its chain competitors (Hampton, Best Western, etc). 110% would recommend and stay again! Only bummer for us is that the pool was closed for routine maintenance and that could have definitely been made more clear in the listing.

Yes the room was in good condition and staff were nice. I was dissapointed that i was not informed the pool was going to be closed prior to our stay.

It's always a nice visit and rooms have always been clean

A relatively clean building, but the smell of the room was very overpowering. I didn’t know if it was because it was cleaned well or if it was covering up a smell. The age of the amenities are showing. The bed was comfortable. It was a bit difficult to regulate the room temperature. It was decent for the price and close to McMaster Children’s Hospital, but I would opt to stay elsewhere next time.

The Hungry Traveller restaurant is excellent. Hotel staff is always friendly and helpful.

The room had a kitchenette, complete dishes and utensils, nicely stocked with the essentials. Room was clean, nice table and chair set to sit at, beds were comfy. Nicely appointed room. Pool and Hot tub was very nice. An actual in house restaurant and Bar was a bonus. Food was decent, Mom and Daughter team in Restaurant, they were both exceptional with their customer service and very personable. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel. Better than any chain hotel I have stayed at.

Always a great stay! Restaurant isn't open much. But its still a favorite spot.

Very nice and clean room

We opted for the suite with a kitchenette. The rooms were both huge and nicer than I had anticipated! Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Both the main room and the bedroom had separate televisions, which made for a relaxing night for both my teenagers and myself. The kitchenette was stocked with enough dishes for a few people and we saved money with a quick pasta dinner. They really enjoyed the lovely pool. Oh, and the staff were great.

Love the location - so close to Westdale and McMaster University. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful!
