Great check in and very comfortable room with a great bed. Very convenient to McMaster university

Room was clean. Wasnt at the hotel for much other than to sleep.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. Our room was a little musty but very clean. The pool is wonderful. And we have loved The Hungry Traveler restaurant in the hotel. Excellent food and service and we would stay here again for the delicious homemade meals. It’s not fancy but this hotel has the basics covered which was what we were looking for.

Great hotel, I love the early check in. Not very walkable, but that rarely bothers me. Very convenient to the highway.

It was perfect for our stay . We were close to wedding venue at RBG . The restaurant had great service and very friendly .

It was very good

Paid for a top room. Unable to sleep due to excessive noise from the AC ventilation. After over an hour, was offered another room, but exactly the same issue. Staff were totally uninterested. Would rather sleep in the car than stop here again

Clean room. Location leaves room to be desired. Hard to access, on one-way road, nothing to eat nearby

What I didnt like is the way this hotel handles payment. Ive booked several hotels and never had one hold $630 in payments plus make me pay $230 at checkout for staying 1 night. I also selected to pay at the property and was charged the night before for the whole stay plus a deposit.

Location is great if you're visiting the Hamilton area. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again.

Very clean

The check in gal was very rude, which was rather shocking. Informed management the next day and they took care of it promptly. Other than her, it was a very nice location and very comfortable beds!

Was right on top of where two highways merge, so I was very concerned about the noise. But…it wasn’t bad at all. The windows blocked it out quite well. Room was modern and seemed super clean! The restaurant was only staffed by one person. She was the greeter, server and then went back and cooked your food. We sat at our table a VERY long time before getting menus or acknowledgement. Something didn’t make sense…and sure enough, the poor women didn’t want you ordering food if she was still busy with the prior customers. It was all linear for her—no ability to multi-task. But honestly, it became comical for two retirees with time to spare.
