I mean if expedia would've messaged me saying my RSVP was canceled! And expedia not contacting me! I wouldve had a better go. We endes up paying more money for a reservation we shouldve already had. Expedia is suposed to know visitors inn takes the deposit 24 hrs in advanced. Visitors inn's only contact with customer is with expedia .. so thanks for nothing and us having the rebook.. 0 out of 10 for expeida

Nice and close to McMaster Children’s hospital. My daughter loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. Rooms are newly renovated and very nice. Good value.

The hotel location is a bit awkward since it is on a one-way street. However, the hotel has a good-sized car park and a comfortable lobby with a view into the pool. Stayed with a family member who had early morning surgery registration and needed to complete pre-surgery shower scrubs. The desk person asked if a shower chair would be helpful, and it was placed in the walk-in shower for our arrival. This was a huge help!! Desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant was closed on Monday, but the desk person recommended an excellent Indian restaurant within walking distance. Will stay here again.

Really enjoyed their pool and sauna. I would have liked to have enjoyed the hot tub too, but the jets were not working on it. So that was a little disappointing but overall we were still very happy with our stay. The beds are very comfortable. Though they are in a very busy area, so being close to the highway made for alot of truck traffic noise which does make it harder to sleep for a light sleeper like myself. So I'd recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Front desk staff were exceptional throughout the stay. We needed extra towels and within 4 minutes of our call, we had them and they were warm! Very pleasant staff!

Hotel was tidy and seemed well maintained. Staff was friendly.
Room 2 on the ground level is located in front of some sort of laundry facility which makes sleeping in or an afternoon nap virtually impossible. Noise of slamming door and staff talking as they entered was constant starting at 7 a.m on both days of our stay.
