立地がよかった

朝食は素材もよく美味しいバフェだった。立地は、地下鉄トバラバ駅から歩いて10分ほど高級住宅街とレストランのあるいい感じの通りを歩きます。巨大なショッピングモールも近所に有り、とてもいい。純粋に地下鉄からの利便を優先するならエルゴルフ駅前のリッツの方がいいだろう。

貴社に一言、下記注意事項は理不尽でないものは別として、貴社およびホテルサイドに改善対応をして頂く為には必要ではないだろうか。今回、アメリカの旅行会社利用で後泊を含めて4泊の利用(最後の一泊が貴社)。部屋は普通だが、水まわりの悪さ(排水が悪すぎ--水道、トイレ、風呂)に唖然、加えてトイレの紙、スタンド電気がつかない等問題があり、スタッフを呼び、交渉で部屋を変更、次の部屋では鍵部分からの騒音、対応がまずく4.5時間かかり、夕食等私的な約束もキャンセル、本当に自分の時間を阻害され困惑しました。でも、アクセスの良さ、立地便利、寝具の良さは間違いなし。

コンシェルジュの方たちがとても親切でした。 朝食はちょっと高い印象です。 ホテルの立地は便利でした。

We were very impressed with this hotel. When we arrived the reception staff were friendly and efficient, and the concierge was very helpful. Our room was a good size, very comfortable with excellent amenities. We visited the bar and again the bar staff were great, making a visit there a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a very pleasant neighbourhood with some great places to eat close by. It is a short subway ride away from the older parts of the city. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this hotel.

While we only spent one night the room clean and comfortable along with a great staff. Food at the bar was quite good

We recently stayed at Intercontinental in Buenas Aires and it was spectacular, 5 star. Expecting a somewhat similar stay, but Santiago has not been maintained with dirty carpets, chipped paint and marble, torn shears, wallpaper ripped, a bed of dirt where plants once were in the lobby, etc. It needs updating or management that cares. Very disappointed!

On arrival, we were informed that the room was not yet available. In the end we finally got into it after 5pm. The first night's sleep was fitful due to the AC not operating properly. Despite servicing the next morning, the same problem occurred the second night. In the middle of that night we were offered a temporary room to sleep in and then finally relocated to another for the third and final. night. Front line staff were sympathetic but not empowered to fix the problem. Otherwise, should note some staff that were helpful: Valentina in the business lounge, the travel concierge and the gym attendant. The business lounge refreshments both morning and evening are nicely done but the rooms in that tower are not as current as the new tower. Breakfast service in the new/main tower is uneven as is the quality. Nice quiet pool on the top of the main tower (- just above the gym). Hotel is located nearby a very large mall and a variety of restaurants though distant from the historical downtown.

Wonderful staff, clean beautiful hotel and great beds and pillows

Pésima atención, llegué al hotel y la persona del font desk Ignacia me dijo que no tenía reservación y que el hotel estaba lleno. Me tuve que ir a otro hotel. Después tuve que regresar porque en hotel.com me dijeron que el Sr. Carlos desvía que ahí estaba la reservación, yo ya instalada en otro hotel regresé solo para. Que Carlos me dijera que Ignacia se había confundido y no había encontrado la reservación. Conclusión ahora estoy en espera del rembolso, mandando correos y mensajes por algo que no fue mi culpa.

Room was nice, clean and spacious, breakfast was excellent, people were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little tired, but it was still a very nice day.

Room was fine. Service was lousy.
