Ótimo hotel, conforto e café da manhã. Além da localização.

The staff speaks English and we’re all very nice and helpful. However, the room was very dirty. Not just from the last cleaning but from lack of proper cleaning for a very long time. Also, the room needed refurbishing with paint, caulk, fixtures, etc. The towels were so over used they were gray and one was frayed. One of my pillow shams had eye make up on it. The room was very large and had a huge bathroom. The breakfast is nice and has many options. The rooftop bar was a nice place to have a few drinks and snacks. The pizza was quite a bit underdone. We were able to walk to the Hop on Hop Off bus in only a couple of minutes. The hotel staff provided us with a chip for a small discount.

many shops, restaurants and cafes within a walking distance, also metro stations and multiple bus stops very near. the staff was very helpful with everything and the breakfast was rich.

We stayed here on our first visit to Santiago and found it to be a comfortable and welcoming choice. The location is excellent, with plenty of boutiques, cafés, and restaurants all around within easy walking distance. The room was clean and well-kept, though the wooden floors did squeak a bit. Most of the staff spoke English, which was very helpful as first-time visitors. Parking in the area is difficult, but we didn’t have a car and honestly didn’t need one since everything was close by. Overall, a very nice stay in a great location.

The hotel is so sweet and amazing g design. The staff were fantastic. Really helpful and kind. Christian at the restaurant was super lovely. The restaurant food was excellent . Breakfast was great . Great location. Will stay again.

Um hotel aconchegante, com funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom. Cama muito confortável, travesseiros muito bons. A localização é próxima os Museo se belas artes e os outros pontos turísticos são bem próximos, se tiver de carro, ficam no máximo 10 minutos O hotel não possui estacionamento, porém, em frente tem um estacionamento público.

Very nice place to stay, safe clean, beautiful and central to the fun but not too close

This is a good hotel! The location is so convenient for Bellavista bars and nightlife, short walk to Funicular for spectacular view of this city. The hotel has friendly, helpful staff, great rooms, a sort of art deco feel. Nice breakfast. The rooftop bar is cool, with city views, food menu..great for a chill out evening.

The staff was very nice and helpful during our stay. The suite was very spacious and well appointed. The roof restaurant and the bfast restaurant were very good.

Toalhas não servem nem para pano de chão, cama velha, quarto sujo, café da manhã péssimo, não repõem os alimentos e sem variedade de comida. O hotel nas fotos parece lindo mas na realidade um prédio sem conservação e cuidado. Mal deu pra dormir 1 noite, dia seguinte saímos e fomos para outro hotel.

All was good and service was very welcoming

The hotel was centrally located and recently updated. Free breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very helpful. Organised any early breakfast for an early departure.
