I had a very pleasant stay at Luciano K Hotel in Santiago. The staff were truly outstanding — warm, attentive, and consistently helpful from check-in to check-out, making the whole experience feel smooth and personal. As an Expedia Platinum member, I also received a nice room upgrade, which was much appreciated and added extra comfort to the stay. I also liked the room itself — it had a number of small designer touches and interesting details that made it feel a bit more unique than a standard hotel room, without being over the top. Overall, a very positive experience, with excellent service at the heart of it.

El hotel cumple en lo básico, pero la relación calidad-precio no me pareció buena para un hotel boutique de 4 estrellas. La sensación general fue que todo se hace “por cumplir”, pero sin una real preocupación por la experiencia del huésped. Pedí una habitación con cama super king y en realidad eran dos camas unidas, con la ranura al medio. Tampoco hay cafetera en la habitación. Hay café abajo, pero al pedirlo tuvieron que enchufar la máquina, esperar el ciclo de limpieza y recién después prepararlo. La leche había que pedirla aparte. También reservamos la sauna. La calentaron, pero cuando llegamos a la hora acordada, el calefactor ya se había apagado. El ascensor es muy antiguo y se quedó atrapado en un piso; dimos aviso y, al volver una hora después, seguía igual. El desayuno fue bastante regular: huevo en polvo, pan de supermercado y atención solo correcta. Para ser un hotel boutique, uno espera un servicio más personalizado, justamente porque no tiene los beneficios de las grandes cadenas. Como puntos positivos: la habitación estaba limpia, no había ruido y dejaron una botella chica de vino de cortesía. Por último, la ubicación es muy importante: el barrio de noche es poco seguro. Cuando llegamos no pudimos acercarnos al hotel por una manifestación, y personas de la zona nos comentaron que prácticamente todos los sábados hay marchas. En resumen: correcto en lo básico, pero por el precio y la categoría esperábamos bastante más.

Luciano K Hotel is a gem in Santiago. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The rooftop bar was a great place to have a meal/drink. The location was perfect with so much to do nearby.

This hotel is in a perfect location. Downtown and walking distance to many attractions and landmarks. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. There is a restaurant and bar within the hotel. Absolutely perfect to start the night or just relax and read a book. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Would absolutely rebook!

O design do hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso, com ambientes bem elegantes. Toda a equipe foi muito simpática, atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial. O café da manhã é incrível, com tudo muito saboroso e bem servido. Um dos detalhes que mais me marcou foi o cuidado e a gentileza da equipe: precisei sair do hotel às 2h30 da manhã para pegar meu voo e, mesmo nesse horário, fizeram questão de preparar e servir meu café para que eu não saísse sem comer. Um atendimento impecável.

The location is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. my VIP status was recognised from the point of checking in. Breakfast range is limited but really nice so no regrets there. They arranged all our excursions very well. They are an eco friendly hotel. Nearby are many restaurants and cafes. Also vegan restaurants. Highly recommended hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff

This was a wonderful boutique hotel and the room came with some nice extra touches. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even gave us a room upgrade! Our stay came with a breakfast which was excellent with enough variety for everyone. The location was also great for us and walking distance to all the sites. The rooftop bar/restaurant was an added bonus. We would stay here again.

Super ubicación todo excelente

This hotel is in a great area for exploring Santiago. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had booked an internal facing room and ascwell as limited light here was a bit of noise in the evening from events on the roof terrace. Other than that the room was quiet. It was good to have an outdoor space available for drinks but it would have been nicecto be able to order drinks during the day. Breakfast was ok
