Great hotel in a convenient location. Staff are very friendly and happy to help. You can walk to Plaza de Armas, Santa Lucia and San Cristobal hills in under 20 minutes. Also nearby Lastarria and Bellavista neighbourhoods have plenty of places to eat.

First time in South American. It was not the checkin time yet. The front desk were friendly. Guide us to a room to change clothes, store our luggage And provides all kind of information on surroundings. Let us fell warm welcomed.

A very unique boutique hotel close to everything. We walked to all Centro highlites. Wonderful staff and service, great full breakfast, roof top bar views were great. A bit warm on the rooftop, but worth it.

I love staying small boutique hotels. With only 38 rooms, Hotel Luciano K made for a quiet cozy stay. The rooms could use a remodel/refresh, but overall I really enjoyed my stay. The staff members were friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful art deco hotel, wonderfully preserved to keep all the architectural character but with modern amenities including 2 elevators, AC, and sound proof windows. We would stay here again.

The hotel is in a beautiful Art Deco building from the 1920s, well maintained although the antique lift does not always work due to guests failing to close the cage door properly (NB - there is a modern lift with no issues down the hall).
Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic continental, nothing special but seems normal for Chile.
The room was lovely, big and very well air conditioned (essential for high summer in Santiago!), but on one day the cleaning was offered only in mid-afternoon, just when we had returned to seek shelter from the intense heat, and the toilet was not cleaned that day for some reason.
The pisco sours in the rooftop bar are lovely!

I’m sure in its day this was a quaint boutique hotel designed by humanitarian architect, but this hotel needs a serious remodel. Our room smelled of urine. Floors were dirty. Facilities were old. Hotel is located in unsafe ate of town. My husband who is a smoker was told not to smoke out front of the hotel after 4:30 PM because it is dangerous. This hotel is built as a 9.0 rating on Expedia and I don’t know why. We ended up transferring to a different hotel on the second day of our stay because our experience was so bad. Front desk, hotel staff were unhelpful as whenever we ask information about the area. I had to look it up on a computer. I would never stay at this hotel again.
