部屋、ジム、プール、朝食など、とても良かったです

いいロケーションで安心して滞在できました。ただレイトチェックアウトはギャランティ追加すれば可能と事前に言われたのに、フロントでは知らないと言われホテルからの連絡はあまり信頼できません。大停電の時にレストランで食事が出来て本当に助かりました。

Breakfast buffet is not worth paying for. There are great breakfast places nearby and the food is better. Didn’t really enjoy the dinner either, although the pisco sours were amazing. The vent in our bathroom had dust hanging from it and a new bath towel that was given to us had blood on it. The pool looked cool and there were amazing views, but the pool itself looked dirty. The staff was friendly and the location was good though.

Everything was amazing at the hotel Customer service, food, excursions and anything you need will be done.

Great hotel in Providencia, very close to a metro station. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very quiet - would definitely stay again!

Front reception staff are rude and arrogant on booking in, don't expect a warm welcome from reception. The room we booked (1208) was comfortable with a lot of power outlets for charging in the bed head. The view from the room is great. The room is dimly lit with a funny design of the toilet and sink on one side of the room and the shower on the other side of the room. There is a large window in the shower without a blind or cover, so there is no privacy. The roof top bar is awesome with great staff, fantastic and good value menu and great views, worth your time to visit and enjoy. Was a real joy especially after the dealing with the awful staff at the front desk. The breakfast was great with a good selection and lovely staff. There is free coffee in the lobby which was great. The location is good, with easy access to cafes and restaurants as well as some tourist attractions. Unfortunately the hotel is not great in returning messages quickly when you send them on Expedia messenger. We also had to ask for our 20% off food and beverage offer as part of the Expedia booking as the reception staff did not offer this at the time of arrival at the hotel, and they said it was for food only when we asked for the voucher.

Ótima localização, próximo ao metrô e comércio em geral. Equipe super atenciosa, em especial o sr Patrício, simpatia extrema! Café da manhã variado, e também tem uma estação de café e chá na recepção que funciona 24h. Quarto e banheiro amplos e confortáveis. Tem estacionamento grátis. O rooftop é lindo e conta c bar e academia.

Tudo ótimo, só poderia ter mais amenities no quarto, tipo touca de banho.

Beautiful hotel located in the perfect location! I chose this hotel so that I could walk to everything that I was doing while in Santiago. It worked out perfectly! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I arrived early and the front desk worked hard to get me in a room right away. The bartenders were fabulous and so fun! And our servers at the restaurant were great! And the food was wonderful! My son and I spent time out by the pool and the view was spectacular! We literally had the perfect stay! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Overall great property great location. Good restaurant for a small hotel. No need to leave property. My only advice is heat the pool otherwise it is too cold to use as are most pools in chile
