The hotel allowed some guests to smoke. This made the entire floor reeking of cigarette smell. We made a complaint but it looks like not much was done as we saw the culprit smoking from a pipe near the lift lobby the following day. Not acceptable for a Ritz Carlton!

Increible el hotel pero la peor comunicaciones, nadie habla ingles, asi.que en.vez de disfrutar mas tu estacia, se complica hasta para comer! Solo una trabajadora.megan habla ingles muy bien y amortiguo este tema

The water temperature in the shower sometimes fluctuates, cyclying between luke warm and scolding hot.

Absolutely amazing experience - exceptional in every possible way. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Rooms, staff, food - all was just fabulous and unforgettable.

Excellent hotel and amazing services.

Its a lush and beautiful hotel. The room was wonderful, nice beds and the lightning system was simply impressive! Bathroom was also something else! Pool, spa all well kept and luxurious. The check in was quick and in the room (not in the frontdesk as usual) which made it feel quite special. Staff is friendly and welcoming. My only suggestion is to hire more English speaking personnel. When calling frontdesk it was very complicated to understand and would get "my English is not very good" and was transferred to a supervisor. Happened twice. The personnel really seems polite and eager to help, dont get me wrong, but the language barrier makes it difficult. Same at the restaurant, the ladies in the entrance had to go find someone that spoke English. Luckily there is always someone :) . Nora's help with late check out was outstanding, very fast in her response and helped arrange airport pick up. Overall, it was a delightful stay, I would stay again without a doubt

Family vacation. Comfortable, near the Metro station and shopping centre.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ritz Carlton Xi'an! The service from start to finish was perfect! A special thanks to Edward in concierge and Rianna in guest services for going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The rooms were typical RC perfection and the food in the restaurant/room service was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel and if we ever come back we would absolutely stay here!

While traveling in China over two weeks, I tried six hotels, which included multiple Ritz Carltons and a Four Seasons and this hotel by far was my favourite experience. This hotel surpassed all expectations as it relates to room quality and style. The staff was great, but their were occasionally language barriers, which was not the case at other hotels. The service has a whole was good and I cannot recommendation this hotel enough.
