nice and quiet, family hotel

Discreto tre stelle, colazione scarsissima che lascia la scelta solo tra due opzioni e non prevede il dolce, camera recentemente ristrutturata e moderna ma di dimensioni un po' ridotte.

Nathing about this property is what the have on their advertising. My room do not a telephone to call in case of emergency's. They do not clean the room every day, it is a terrible place to state, it is the worst hotel I have been in my last 50 years. The should be embarrassed of what they put in the internet

Very clean and quiet

Over priced for what you got. Rooms were dirty sheets stained. My room smelt bad. Front desk girl was new and took forever to get checked in also tried to charge me twice for stay.

Fue un lindo comienzo la entrada tuve poblemas con el agua caliente y me resolvió el poblema cambiado de habitación pero hay no termina los poblemas en el restaurante hay una desorganizacion muy preocupante servicio lento con largas esperas para ser atendido y las personas todas quejándose una camarera para 36 personas y una solo para cobrar discusiones entre los empleados yo llevo en este oficio mas de 36 años y veo que no saben oganizar a restaurante y cocina necesitan profesionales y alguien que sepa dirigir el trabajo el doctor serrano tiene munchas cosas que solucionar en su nuevo negocio

Sehr harte Matratzen, kein Aufzug für Gepäck. Einfache Unterkunft aber sauber. Das gebuchte Frühstück für 2 Personen bestand aus 1 Tasse Kaffee oder Schokolade und 1 Croissant pro Person mit wenig geschnittenem Obst. Lecker aber sehr wenig. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, im Restaurant leider eher nicht. Für 1-2 Nächte ok.

The room was clean and the pizza chef make some good pizza.On the reservation it said water bottle include ,but in there only 2 tiny bottles a day .Really not what expected.

Pool gesperrt, angeblich Reinigungsarbeiten, sah aber eher nach Langzeitprojekt aus. Aus unserem Zimmer musste ich erst am ein großes Kriechtier entfernen. Natürlich alles relativ günstig, aber trotzdem nicht adäquat. Garten schön gepflegt. Klimaanlage lief bei Anreise nicht, so dass das Zimmer erstmal brütend heiß war.

Las instalaciones estan un poco viejas, pero no esta mal para el precio. El personal es muy amable y esta en una buena ubicación.

Relax, pudimos descansar. Las pequeñas cosas fueron que una luz del baño no se apagaba y el recepcionista no dejaba de fumar

Hotel correcto, con mal servicio de wifi

Perfect for me. Large rooms with private bathrooms, a pool and a good reasonable priced restaurant, beautiful plants, trees, flowers-true El Eden, Tainos statues, and a short-15 min walk to Dominicus public beach- everything I wanted and more. Because of the very reasonable price of the lodging it didn’t bother me that they didn’t have a light in front of my door, or that the building was old and squiquing something when walking inside- it had air conditioner and a vent. Overall- I LOVED it!
