Clean, comfort, quiet and nice hotel.
Facilities: Not only towel and soap, but also tooth brush, paste, even mouth wash liquid were prepared.Hot water ran sufficiently.
Breakfast: Breakfast buffet was delicious.
Location: Around this hotel there is few shops and restaurants so you have to walk to Marisal area,for example, but you can reach there in 5 minutes.

Al momento del arribo al hotel al recepcionista no le gustó q llegue con una reserva y busco la manera de cobrarme un adicional y lo hizo. Aparte me dieron una habitación vieja nada q ver la relación costo beneficio. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!!!

We didn’t get the room we reserved, it was only one with that description I showed them the picture they said it was taken, the room was small.
We didn’t get the drink we had in the reservation by Expedia. The food in the restaurant was terrible and expensive, the breakfast eggs uncooked and the bread old. The early check in was half of the booking price plus taxes. The front desk staff was not that great, however the housekeeper was nice

Na primeira noite, estive sozinha em um quarto voltado para a rua, com muito barulho externo, inclusive porta de garagem, o que tornou o descanso difícil. Nenhum isolamento acústico
A situação se agravou consideravelmente na segunda noite, após a chegada do meu marido. Estávamos em Quito para participar do Campeonato Sul-Americano de Esgrima Veterano e precisávamos de descanso adequado para competir em alto nível no dia seguinte.
Por volta das 22h, o corredor do nosso andar foi tomado por gritos, correria e batidas constantes na porta do nosso quarto, além de muitos ruídos de passos pesados. Era um grupo de jovens fazendo algazarra, sem qualquer intervenção por parte da equipe do hotel, apesar de a recepção estar ciente. Essa situação se estendeu por cerca de uma hora, prejudicando gravemente nosso descanso. Tive muita dificuldade para voltar a dormir, o que nos afetou física e emocionalmente na véspera de uma competição importante.
Após insistentes reclamações via WhatsApp, finalmente os responsáveis pelos jovens foram acionados e houve uma melhora. Ainda assim, os danos já haviam sido causados.
No dia seguinte, como forma de compensação, nos foi oferecido um upgrade para um quarto mais silencioso, longe do grupo, o que foi uma atitude bem-vinda e trouxe alguma melhora, ainda que persistisse um certo nível de barulho.

For those who need to go to the Coliseo, the hotel is very close, so it’s worth staying there for the convenience. But I didn’t like the breakfast — very few options and overall quite poor.
Service varies. I was well attended by some staff members but very poorly received by others.
The room has no windows and no air conditioning.
Access involves stairs, and even though there is an elevator, you still always have to use stairs.
I didn’t think it was terrible, but I was disappointed. I expected more.
