The room we got no lights. Changed the room and found no hot water for 3 days out of our 4 . This nivr hotel with very nice dtaff. The owner has no sense of maintenance.Thdays. No internet,.They can have that dump

I booked to stay 7 days but moved out after two days there was no WiFi in the room and the tv had no channels in English like MBC 2 and only had 5 channels anyway…. the hotel was high up and to get into Naama bay u had to climb down approx 100 steps and the final five steps were lethal … not recommended

Had a room with sea and pool view. Tidy, clean with comfortable big bed. Stairs were not bad at all, of course it depends on your phisical health, but for my age 45 it was an easy task. Had breakfast only, which was ok, just the sweet pastries were not very fresh, though the sponge cakes was always soft. No ketle in room, brought my own water heater.

Although the room booked was supposed to have a balcony, I was given ground-floor room with direct access outside. The cleanliness of the room was poor, it was old and full of mosquitoes.I ended up with bites on my legs. In the secondary day I was given another room on an upper floor a bit better but the curtains were dirty, linen and towels grey colour. On a first room I found a long hair under the pillow looking like the linen is not being charged. I had nausea and vomiting for a day and a half and I cancelled my trip to White Island.

Das zimmer war immer sauber, Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das essen hat mir persönlich sehr gut geschmeckt

room very clean, pool was very good and looked after, breakfast was ok , lunch was ok, music from the pool bar was allitle loud, everything ok

Otelde çalışanlar çok yardımseverdi. Konum olarak tepede, denizi karşıdan görüyor. Anlaşmalı plajı kalimera ve sadece merdivenleri kullanarak 3-4 dk sürüyor. Deniz mükemmel, temiz, çeşit çeşit balıkla yüzme keyfi büyük bir mutluluk. Plajda masaj ve bazı aktiviteler, turlar için tanıtım yapanlar var. Biz iki defa masaj aldık çok memnun kaldık. Otel temiz biraz eski fakat bu bizi rahatsız etmedi. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederim, tatilimiz çok keyifli geçti.

Ho soggiornato con la mia ragazza per dieci giorni in questa struttura e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Partiamo dal personale che è veramente gentile e disponibile, alla reception spesso troviamo un ragazzo molto giovane, Ahmed, davvero cortese e all'entrata un signore ,il custode, di cui non ricordo il nome, sempre pronto ad aiutarti ed a tenere sotto controllo la struttura, camerieri e cuochi molto simpatici, accoglienti e professionali nella loro mansione. La struttura è posizionata a naama bay, a pochi passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia, il panorama mozzafiato e atmosfera stupenda. L'hotel si trova su una collinetta divisa dal mare da una scalinata media che è la vera salvezza dell'hotel perché permette di raggiungere qualsiasi luogo. Pulizia giornaliera nelle stanze e in piscina, che ha un'atmosfera bellissima. Il cibo egiziano lascia un po' a desiderare ma la cucina dell'hotel tutto sommato è gradevole, questo grazie ai buoni cuochi. Manca qualcosa in tutto ciò che per noi italiani è molto importante, 😤🤔 un buon caffè espresso! Che dire ottima esperienza, consiglio vivamente questo hotel, giudizio 10 e lode!

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool area. Good location up on a hill with a nice view and a bit more quiet than directly on the beach walk. The hotel has a great chef, I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Staff is very friendly and always helpful, especially the hotel manager. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel. Only downside is that the WiFi was almost nonexistent and there’s no WiFi at all on the rooms like advertised and WiFi in common areas is very bad. I had hope to work during my stay but that was not possible since the WiFi connection was so poor. Rooms could have been a bit more clean and beds very hard and not so comfortable but it was alright. Depends on how picky you are but rooms worked fine for me.

Wry nice place perfect view very clean pool the food is great .. the most important thing that the staff are very friendly and nice everyone we meet there are very polite.. start with the house keeping Moustafa and Mohamed from the security and from the kitchen Mr Abdo.. great trip we will be back again soon

The hotel sits on a high point in the Naama Bay with an unbelievable view of the bay and the mountains in the background. Very friendly staff

The food is of bad quality and dry. In the bar they don’t have any Coke Zero or Diet pepsi, so if you don’t want to drink sugar, this is the wrong place for you. The fridge in the room is not working. They changed it three times, and it’s still not working. The pool is nice, apart from that it’s a two star hotel for a budget. The location is good
