設備的には良いと思います。 ただ、サービスとスタッフは、ヒルトンの割には･･･といったところです。 例） ①アメニティがあまり揃ってない（歯ブラシ、スリッパは言わないと持ってこない） ②どんなホテルにでも「ホテル概要」が書いてある冊子があると思いますが、私の部屋にはなかった。 ③ゴルフをやる日に、ちょうどその時はラマダン期間中だったので、昼食入手が大変困難であるため、朝ごはんのパンを１つ２つ持っていこうと、黙って持っていくのも悪いので、スタッフにお願いをしたのですが、「エクストラ取りますよ」と、ケチな商売をしてきた。 とはいえ、部屋、施設はすべて清潔で手入れが行き届いており、及第点です。

Staff caring was at its best.Particularly at breakfast Room were neat and clean.

I Don’t blame the hotel for its location. The hotel and staff are great. The food was great and they were super helpful. Alcoholic drinks hardly contain alcohol so order a double.

Good security, nice area to stay, staff was very nice

Overall I felt safe - security at entrance to property as well as front door were good. Checkin and checkout were efficient. Room service dinner was excellent, breakfast was just ok. Turkish coffee wasn’t very good. Dining options inside the hotel were not clear. Room was spacious and comfortable. I was disappointed that I was upgraded in room only and not given access to all services. No soap or tissues in my room- had to use shower gel to wash my hands. Ran out of tissues in a couple hours. No airport transport was disappointing

This is a very beautiful hotel with an amazing staff and quick to help. It’s a bit outside from everything but well worth it.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. The area was ok but not much around. The shower door didn’t cover the gap so the floor got wet. The restaurant was nice enough. Beautiful golf course and pool looked lovely. Was a bit chilly while we were there so didn’t swim. Great facilities eg spa

It’s not like the other Hilton Hotels

Great service, staff were very friendly and responsive. Location makes visiting pyramids and new museum very easy and convenient.

This hotel falls far short of the expected standards of the Hilton brand. The bathroom is dirty and poorly maintained, cigarette smell is everywhere, the Internet connection is very weak... In short, an establishment to avoid.

Hotel is a wedding venue so it was very busy and noisy especially with loud music until late in the evening which wasn’t great.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and provided a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was a treat each morning, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh options. What truly stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who were always attentive and made me feel very welcome. The combination of a clean hotel, great breakfast, and exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, but so much sounds from the weddings. Music played until 02.00 so it was impossible to sleep.

They have renovated section and very old section , they put me in the very old room and bad furniture. They don’t do housekeeping until u call them

Be careful they have old section very old and bad furniture and the have upgraded one , make sure u ask them to put you in the new one , they will not do housekeeping until u ask .
