Terrible food, staff and management

Our stay was fantastic due to the great customer service provided by Ms. Nada Khaled in the front desk who checked us in & by the great concierge; Mr. Mahmood. And special thanks to Ms. Rabab & her supervisor Shaima who kept our room clean the entire visit. The facility was huge with many amenities. We highly recommend it.

Zimmer lärmig gelegen, kaum geschlafen , enttäuschend. Sauberkeit nichts zu beanstanden Abendessen spärliche Auswahl Bedienung mal gut mal schlecht Bestimmt kein zweites Mal Waren schon 15 mal in Ägypten Das war das schlechteste 5 Sterne Hotel Freundliche Grüsse

Ihana hotelli josta löytyi kaikki palvelut ja täydellinen kuntosali.

Room was great. AC worked well. Over looked the pool. Staff were friendly and attentive when needed.

Just be careful of their rates. Try to book using expedia and not direct with hotel

Staff was excellent and facilities perfect for us as we wanted to golf and be tourists. Our only complaint is there were weddings most every night and the music was extremely loud and went on very late.

I Don’t blame the hotel for its location. The hotel and staff are great. The food was great and they were super helpful. Alcoholic drinks hardly contain alcohol so order a double.

Good security, nice area to stay, staff was very nice

Overall I felt safe - security at entrance to property as well as front door were good. Checkin and checkout were efficient. Room service dinner was excellent, breakfast was just ok. Turkish coffee wasn’t very good. Dining options inside the hotel were not clear. Room was spacious and comfortable. I was disappointed that I was upgraded in room only and not given access to all services. No soap or tissues in my room- had to use shower gel to wash my hands. Ran out of tissues in a couple hours. No airport transport was disappointing
