Everything was great. I had a very pleasant stay and the service was excellent. Specially the team at the front desk- one a girl in particular named Nancy- was extremely helpful and helped me get everything sorted. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic due to the great customer service provided by Ms. Nada Khaled in the front desk who checked us in & by the great concierge; Mr. Mahmood. And special thanks to Ms. Rabab & her supervisor Shaima who kept our room clean the entire visit. The facility was huge with many amenities. We highly recommend it.

Staff was excellent and facilities perfect for us as we wanted to golf and be tourists. Our only complaint is there were weddings most every night and the music was extremely loud and went on very late.

I Don’t blame the hotel for its location. The hotel and staff are great. The food was great and they were super helpful. Alcoholic drinks hardly contain alcohol so order a double.
