ひとり旅にもかかわらず、思いがけず非常に広いメゾネットの部屋で、キッチンは広く快適でした。

エレベーターが壊れて作動しておらず、荷物の上げ下ろしで苦労した。

駅近、キッチン付き、ゆっくり滞在するのに向いたホテル。駅にはスーパーマーケットもあるので、便利。広めの部屋を予約するのがおすすめです。

ホテルに違う名前の表示、アスペンアパートとも表記がないがなんとくわかる。なぜアスペンアパートなのかとも思う。部屋は、古く、セキュリティーも悪い。建物は5階ぐらい。明かりは、暗いがこれはどこのイギリスホテルでも同様。床は、古く軋む。スリッパもないので、持参したほうが良い。水、お湯は問題なし、シャワーも、キッチンも、リネン等は問題なし。ドライヤーはちょっと使うと電源が入らない仕様。男ならOKだが、女性は注意が必要。ボディーソープ、液体石鹸はあるが気になる人は持参するのがお勧め。トイレットペーパーは問題なし。電気はすべて、イギリス仕様。変換アダプターは持参するか、薬局のBOOTS（11ポンド程度）で買うかが必要。 ＞ネット環境：ホテルの無料WiFi があるが遅くて、セキュリティーにも不安があるので使うのもお勧めできない。ちょっとした、ブラウズ、メール程度ぐらいなら可程度。 ＞セキュリティー 部屋のセキュリティーは、窓のガラスは薄くペラペラガラスで不安。しかし周りの見通しが良い為に、救われている程度。部屋の鍵は、古い簡単な普通の鍵。すくなくとも目立つ、フロントから 違い部屋を選ぶのがお勧め、2階以上は全然わからずセキュリティーも不安だらけ。 セキュリティーボックスはなし。フロントスタッフはフレンドリーでOKだけど、預けられるみたいだが個人的には不安。 ＞チェックアウト後の荷物預かり 帰国最終日に、チェックアウト後に無料で荷物を預ける場所は、一部屋共同の場所で、フロント近くだが鍵を預かり開けて、その部屋に荷物を置く（汚く４畳程度の部屋）、もちろん他人荷物と一緒なので、綺麗なスーツケースや分かるブランド品などは置かいな方が無難。もって行かれてもわからずあくまでも自己責任と言うことだろう。 ホテル周辺、治安について 駅から５分程度の場所近くまた地下鉄のパディントン駅、ランカスター・ゲートゲ駅2駅利用可能で、道も駅から真っ直ぐなので迷わく、空港からもダイレクトに来れるがパディントン駅周辺は汚く。数件のコンビニ、レストラン、ハブは存在するがどれもローカルな小さいストア。女性はお勧めできない。 個人的には、空港から近いと理由でここを選んだけど、地下鉄メインで観光するならグリーンパーク駅 周辺がおすすめだと思う、ウエストミニスター、ボンドストリート、ビクトリア、などの中心経路で また、パディントン駅にも近く地下鉄1路線で行けるので。

ホテルの建物には、Abbycourt Westpoint Hotelとしか表示がないので気をつけてください！ 高級ホテルという訳ではありませんが、駅に近く清潔で満足でした。 スタッフの方も親切でした。 駅から近く、近くには生活雑貨や食べ物などが帰る小さなお店があり、便利でした。 ホテルでの朝食は5ポンドで悪くはありませんでしたが、近くにはカジュアルなレストランがあり、4ポンド程でイギリス的なボリュームある朝食が食べることができました。 快適に過ごせて満足でした。

Great little apartment with everything that we needed, very convenient to Paddington station and many restaurants.

Three of us (friends on a girls' trip) stayed here and LOVED it! The hotel is a little tricky to find because the sign isn't very big, but the instructions on the website helped. It's small and so very charming. The flat was squeaky clean, with a roomy shower, comfy beds, and a kitchenette. It was a very short walk from Paddington Station, and close to lots of shops and restaurants. I saw some other reviews complaining about the lack of air conditioning. I can only assume they were from my fellow Americans (we do love our AC), but we were there in July and you just don't need AC in the UK. All the windows could be opened which provides a lovely breeze if you want it, and all the rooms had oscillating fans if you need even more air flow than that. We certainly didn't. It's an older building with lots of charm, which my group loved. All the rooms had crown molding, and the rooms were decorated nicely. And each room had plenty of storage space to unpack and stow the suitcases. I would highly recommend this lovely place to anyone, and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Surprisingly good accommodation

Skøn beliggenhed, ren og pæn lejlighed. Dog slukkes varmen om natten, så der var meget koldt, de var hurtige til at finde en el radiator. Der er døre med smæk mellem alle rum, ret irriterende. Super serviceminded receptionist.

Perfect for our needs.

Most of things are good and basic apartment. Need to improve quality of Wifi and some kitchen appliance quite old.

The property offered a great location and two bedrooms along with a tv area. We had to prop doors open throughout the apartment and the keys needed to be inserted in a device to trigger the electricity. This made drying clothing a challenge when we were gone. The WiFi was spotty in the building, which made work a bit of a challenge. The kitchen was not as stocked as we needed for our food preparation, but it was easy enough to work around that.

Location was good. Hotel is dated and in need of care and maintenance. Bedroom ceiling was grotty, but room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was fine and shower was adequate. Could just do with sprucing up. Reception were very helpful and friendly. I don't think I will be back as it was quite expensive considering the quality of the hotel.

The hotel was not difficult to find. The location is good. The attention from the people in charge is very adequate and friendly. But we found the apartment, in our opinion, could benefit from some improvements such as new beds and mattresses and it is fair to say that the level cleanliness was good

The booking and check-in communication from Aspen was prompt and efficient. I could not find the property at first, as it is set back behind railings and trees, which have to be walked around to a gate on the far side. The map identified the property as the Sussex Fish Bar, which is close by! Reception was efficient and I was shown which keys to use and where my room was located. This was in the basement and contained an enclosed kitchen, shower room and bedroom/lounge with sofa, table and chairs, storage cupboard, but no wardrobe. Tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk was provided in the kitchen, along with cooking utensils. The only blemish for me was that I could not activate the automatic soap dispenser in the shower, so I recommend that guests have their own toiletries to hand. I reported this on departure to the friendly receptionist. The property is a short walk from Paddington Station and is close to Hyde Park and Bayswater Road. After departure, I discovered that I had left my phone charger in the room. I emailed the property to inform them and received a prompt reply to say that it had been found and would be available for me to collect at my convenience.
