海外充電用コンセントがなかった。

ホテルに忘れた子供のゲーム機を探しに戻ったら、従業員の方も一緒になって探してくれました。ヨーロッパでは考えられない対応でした。

スタッフはとてもいい方でした。

朝食が思いのほか、充実していました。 車以外でのアクセスは不便ですが、レンタカー等であれば市内を観光したあとでも十分に利用価値があります。 wifiが若干繋がりにくいことがありましたら、不便するほどではありませんでした。 ただ、洗面とシャワーの狭さには驚かされました。 周りに食べるところが少ないので夕飯時には注意が必要です。

ホテルに机が欲しかった。　車があれば便利な立地だが、周りに食べる所が少ない。

遅くチェックインしましたが、そこそこの広さの駐車場があり、空きもあったのですが、ホテルの業務車両の止め位置がいい加減でなかなか苦労しました。料金の割に、部屋まで案内してくれましたし、サービスや部屋の設備はよかったです。

リバプールのNatExpressバスターミナルから歩くと２５分くらいかかります（重い荷物を持った私の足で…）が，タクシーを使えば５分（４ポンド前後＋チップ）で着きます。近くにバス停もあります（結構頻繁に運行しています）。同ターミナルは少し街の中心部から外れていますが，そこからホテルまでほぼ１本道ですので歩いても迷うことはありません（道中，飲食店やショッピングセンターが点在しています）。このような場所にあるため，宿泊客の大半はモーター族（車やバイク）。中心市街のホテルより格段に安い料金で泊まれるのが最大の魅力です。安宿とはいえ，とても快適に過ごせるホテルです。部屋が広く，シャワー設備・ネット接続*も良好。宿泊費に含まれる朝食はフルイングリッシュビュッフェでとてもおいしかったです。中心市街地から離れていることだけがマイナス。それ以外は申し分なし（安くて快適！）。機会があれば再泊したいと思います。 *欧米平均並み。日本国の高速通信に慣れた人は「遅い！」と感じるでしょうが，いちおう実用可のレベルということです。

We were very grateful for a room so close to Anfield and the staff were absolutely lovely, but the free parking wasn't available as they have more rooms than parking spaces and we were about worried parking on the roadside, which it was suggested we do instead. We slept quite well, despite doors outside our room that regularly slam loudly. We couldn't shower in the morning though as the water literally just trickles out. This was blamed on too many guests showering at once, but another guest said it was the same at midnight when it's unkikely anyone else was showering. Not being able to shower isn't really acceptable at any price. Breakfast was okay - a continental buffet with cereal, pastries, toast, fruit and cereal. Liverpool won, so overall a great trip!

Very slow check-in, took over 30mins, noisy all night, someone banging on door at 4am, room freezing cold and breakfast very poor.

Night staff went above and beyond when the WiFi wasn’t functioning. She helped me send message back to USA for work and got me a taxi at 445am to make sure I got my bus to the airport on time

Worst experience so far in UK .There was no internet was down all stay .Heating system was off ,had to wait in cold for some time to get heat back .Bathroom draining was not properly working ,it was uncomfortable to have a shower .

The room was tidy, but I wouldn't say spotless. The staff were nice, polite, and very helpful.

The room was really cozy and clean. The only negative thing was the really low water pressure in the shower. Other than that we had a great stay.

Breakfast was okay sprinkle head was broken but hotel staff was very efficient and resolved the situation right away

The room was very smelly,the window was that dirty you couldn’t see out of it,when we complained the window was jammed and the room was smelly also bed very uncomfortable to Trish the manager we were met with a tirade of abuse,in the morning we checked out early and sent message to yourself,you took Trish lies as the truth and banned me from booking with you again,absolutely shocking behaviour

Staff ok, rooms with no windows, no cooked breakfast, bar was the best thing of stay, very cramped

The staff were absolutely lovely. Really warm welcome and they even gave us an upgrade to celebrate my boyfriends birthday which was so so kind of them.

Staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful for our whole stay. The facilities were solid, and though the deposit was a surprise, it was quickly returned. Small concern with the area, but I had no further issues, but I enjoyed it.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. All the staff that we met were friendly and helpful. The hotel appears dated but the more you look around the communal areas it was quite quaint. It is a couple of miles outside the city centre but ideal for us as we were visiting friends in the Kensington area of Liverpool.
