Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the facilities and food was great. A few minor maintenance issues in the building but nothing that couldn’t be overlooked. Would stay again.

I really felt welcoming the staff are very friendly, didn't feel uncomfortable at all, the only thing I didn't like was although we didn't need to check out until 11am the cleaner was knocking on our door at 10.25am and we was trying to get the kids ready to leave.

Me and my partner had a great time at this hotel lovely spa and pool downstairs was so relaxing and staff are very helpful but also give you that space to enjoy your time, the food at this hotel was delicious and the breakfast was a great start to the day , 100 percent would return here

Spa is nice . Room this time good but can be hit and miss . Breakfast not bad but limited - premier inn breakfast much better , why can’t one have a fried egg please! Location a 15 min walk to town/ beach so good!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for our honeymoon. It’s a great hotel for visiting Bournemouth and perfect for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. The spa facilities were amazing and we really enjoyed spending time there. The room was clean, comfortable and we were so touched by the beautiful swan towel decoration waiting for us when we arrived it was such a lovely surprise. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and made us feel special throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone for making our honeymoon so memorable. We really appreciate you all and would happily stay again! ❤️

I was given sad, dated awful room that looked like it was only used if they had to! It was next to the very creaky stairs and it sounded like there was a family of giants above. Also the window was right next to the brewery delivery so my Saturday lie in didn't happen. Staff were miserable.
Location good for access to beach and town and pool etc looked nice but I didn't use them.
Not so sure about the singer on Friday???

Chose the hotel dur to it's location. It was a one night stay on an incredibly hot day. Our room did nor have aircon but we did have a fan. Huge shout out to Geoff who kindly gave us a huge jug of iced water to take to our room as the bar and kitchen were closed when we got back to the hotel. He was vacuming the lobby at the time and hunted this down for us. It was very much appreciated and very sweet of him to do that. Didn't get to try out the outdoor pool or spa but both looked inviting. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

The hotel was great , but there are a few things worth knowing before you book. If you want air conditioning, you must book a Deluxe Room, as the standard rooms don’t have it. Also, if you want to use the fancy swimming pool and jacuzzi you’ll need to pay for access to the spa facilities.
I couldn’t arrange my arrival to coincide with the 3 pm check-in, so I arrived early and asked if an early check-in was possible. I was simply told “3 pm”. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at has allowed an early check-in when the room was available, overall very good

The staff was very helpful and happy to assist. Was pleasantly impressed by the relaxing spa for a small charge that we could use for both days of our stay. The hot breakfast could have more choices for vegan though. But overall we had a wonderful break. We would come back!

The rooms we stayed in wasn’t the cleanest, stains on the pillows, cobwebs on the bedside light, curtain hanging off, the rooms are also very hot we had 2 fans & this did not make any difference so sleeping was very uncomfortable.

Hotel location very good short walk to the beach and into town. Front of house very good car park reception bar lounge spa all good main pool is built in a glass house so very hot with no windows or air con. Breakfast very good restaurant clean staff helpful. Bar service very slow due to lack of staff and inexperienced staff. Spa staff very good spa all good but not sure hotel guests should have to pay extra to use it. Hotel room very small very hot no air con shower very poor so bad we used the pool shower it was much better.

Lovely hotel with plenty of public reasoning. Garden was great with tables / chairs and loungers. The spa was clean and very quiet and worth the £10 charge. Good choice car breakfast. Lots of on road parking locally in the evenings to avoid the parking charges. Helpful and friendly staff and the hotel has a nice relaxed ambiance.

Great staff, location and refurbishment. Food, drink, garden and leisure facilities excellent and the whole team couldn't be more helpful. Useful perks like free water, good tea and coffee tray, an actual bath and £5 off you don't have your room cleaned to spend on food or drink. Can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back!
