4泊しました。ホテルは静かで治安や交通の便が良い場所にあり、建物自体は歴史がある古い建築ではあるものの、ホテル内や室内は非常に綺麗で清潔でした。Wi-Fiも高速で快適に過ごすことができました。またロンドン訪問の際は滞在したいホテルです。

スタッフは親切で、朝食も美味しかった。

市街の中心にほど近く立地しており、どこへ行くのにも利便性が高い 古い建物のリノベーションのためアンティークな雰囲気はよいが設備、部屋の広さは若干物足りない

No hair dryer and no refrigerator in the room. The staffs were friendly, and room service menu were good.

Breakfast was very good with attentive staff. Room was a good size and clean. Didn't use the other amenities, however Covid screens were still in place at the reception and bar which gave a non welcoming feel.

We had such a wonderful time. The room was quiet and the staff were great. The location of the hotel is fantastic.

Breakfast was good. It should be even better if there was real juice and salmon. The juice is just sugar and water. Also that you have to pay extra for cappuccino is a little bit greedy. But in general it is a very good hotel.

Aircon was fantastic, the staff even better! So if you’re not a fussy person, this place is a gem indeed.

Everything was excellent, staff is friendly hotel is well located.

We arrived a few hours before check-in to drop our bags and the lady that received us was lovely and attentive. Upon coming back we had asked for our bags and were told they’d be brought to the room but after a couple hours of rest no one came up, we dialed reception and they said they didnt know anything and to come down. Unfortunately our bags were just sitting there in the lobby for who knows how long, although I think it was a misunderstanding since there were a few things going on at the time with another guest needing help in a different language and staff was trying to help her. In any case our bags were fine and we had a great stay. The room was always clean and it was close to public transportation making it easy for us to arrive at our desired destinations. We did not opt for the breakfast package but did have a few things from the bar and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel they couldn't do enough to help. I asked for an extra topper on my bed it was put on before that night. Room lovely & clean breakfast was lovely, a free breakfast. All staff where very happy to help, and all smiling, which sometimes today you dont get. Will definitely stay again.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Lovely room, great location and very friendly staff, particularly those in the breakfast room. Delicious breakfast and copious amounts of great coffee. We will return next year 😊

Very good location .

Stayed one night on 21 March. The hotel itself was fine. However we were allocated probably the worst room in the hotel on LG. Room 013. It was right next to a staff office and laundry area with constant noise of trolleys and staff outside on the corridor.
