Excellent hotel! It was clean, friendly staff and were able to leave our bags before check in. Everything was labelled with our number. Great location and extremely quiet at night. Would definitely stay again!

old fashioned hotel with poor utilisation of space. nowhere to hang towel sto dry so had to have them changed daily. slippy wet bathroom floor. high bath rim to access

Great area away from the tourist madness, yet easy to get anywhere you wanted via Great Portland Station located 3 blocks away. Solid Breakfast Buffet, Aircon, Very Comfortable rooms, quiet. Good things. Staff Very Helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends

Checkin process a bit slow, but nice room spotlessly clean. Breakfast was to a good standard and friendly attentive staff. Bar area soulless and pricy but over would consider this hotel in the future

The hotel was very clean and well looked after. It was a real bonus in the hot weather having air conditioning in the room. We would have liked a little fridge in the room, but other than that, everything was great. The staff were all incredibly polite and Nimali on reception was very helpful and lovely with it. Breakfast was a buffet style, and was good, and again, the staff were attentive and all very friendly. The position was perfect for us - everything in walking distance. Would definitely stay again in this hotel.

I love the location of the hotel. My room is bigger than I expected. Large bathroom. Many outlets. Room is quiet. Location location location.

Great location with only a 3min walk to the tube station, and not far from St Pancras (20 min walk). Lovely breakfast too.

Nice clean comfortable room, although we struggled to get the air conditioner to work and stay on - controls are a bit confusing. Very decent breakfast with a lot of choices, although my husband prefers fried or poached eggs, and only scrambled was on offer. The wait staff was excellent! We were sightseeing with relatives, so the location was a little out of the way, but excellent links to St Pancras and Kings Cross stations.

This is my family’s go to hotel in London. It’s clean and comfortable and the staff are always friendly. Breakfast is delicious and there is a large variety on the menu. The hotel is well located to the Metropolitan Line and so fantastic it’s ideal for concerts at Wembley Stadium. Thank you.

Great location walkable to many things and easy walking to the tube. Restaurant on site with a standard buffet breakfast, which was fine nothing exceptional, but very friendly helpful staff. Room was comfortable. Restaurant is in the basement so it’s not really somewhere you would want to go for dinner. The aesthetics are not terribly nice. You can get snacks and drinks in the bar lobby, but often you have to call someone for service there because no one is around so that was a little tricky as they have a bar scan code on your phone. You can use to call someone, but it only worked half the time. Overall, a lovely hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff so welcoming. The room was very comfortable and had everything we would need. Overall a great find and perfect to located for a night away in the city. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel in a lovely location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We received an upgraded room which was very much appreciated.

I booked this room for my birthday as I had celebrations in London. Before checking in, the team was very helpful. However when I arrived, I can’t say the same. The team said I would allowed to put my birthday cake in the fridge, but when getting to the reception she said they don’t do that and who told me it would be okay. I explained the team told me it was fine via email. When getting to the room, the bathroom was quite dirty and the towels had a stain on it. One of my friends was meeting me in the hotel, however, the hotel staff stopped him and didn’t let him come upstairs because he was dressed a certain way. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.
