立地がよく、必要最低限の設備も整っており、窓からロンドンの眺めが最高でした。 その後、近くのMariottに宿泊しましたが、このホテルは、値段は半額で、倍以上の価値があると思いました。 おすすめです。

　諸事情で11月頭まで3週間滞在してました。 ダブルルームで一泊£70-110、私は1人で滞在したのでベッドは一つ部屋から出してもらいましたが、ベッドが二つだったら狭い部屋でした。そして調度品が安い。テーブルやサイドボードなど全てガラス製の小さいものしかなく、室内で作業はできません。テーブルを一つ出してもらいそこで本や書きものをしていました。 　私の部屋は夜寒かったので、Argosで小さなファンヒーターを買って来て付けっぱなしで生活していました。私の部屋のラジエーターは一応動いていましたが中の管が詰まっているのでしょうね、少ししか暖かくならず、すぐに冷えて殆ど用をなしていませんでした。 　一番気になったのは水道です。中の管が赤錆だらけなのでしょう。滞在中二度真っ茶色な水が出て来ました。出しっぱなしにして寝て次の日には澄んでいたので問題ありませんでしたが、常時手のヌルヌルは全く落ちません。他のホテルと比較してもひどいですね。リネン類は清潔でした。 　朝食付きでした。一般的なイングリッシュブレックファーストですが、はっきり言ってまずいです。一番美味しいのは毎日ちゃんと焼いている目玉焼きです。具体的に言うとほとんどの料理で月曜に作ったものを1週間使いまわしています。ソーセージやポテトは日を追うごとにパサパサになり、食べれなくなります。サラダもある日とない日があります。コーヒーは舌が痺れる不味さです。なぜこのような味が作れるのか甚だ疑問でした。ブラックは飲めたものではないので毎回牛乳と割ってカフェオレで飲んでいました。 　それと気をつけて欲しい点はWi-Fiです。5日間£35です。別に特別高い相場ではありませんが、「1デバイス」である点は注意が必要です。 ノートパソコンで課金してもスマホやタブレットで接続することはできません(一応1日ロビーで30分、部屋で20分無料でWi-Fiは使えます。システムが馬鹿なので再起動すれば無限に使えますが…) 　ロケーションもそれほど良くはないです。ゾーン1にありますが、道の関係で交通の便が悪いために住宅地となったような場所にあり、最寄駅から徒歩10分ほど歩きます。地味に辛いです。 周りにお店は何もありません。一駅歩けばカムデンタウンという繁華街がありますが、治安の悪い原宿のような場所で、特に買い物や観光に楽しい場所ではありませんでした。 　私はバス等を使い近くのセインズベリーズで適当にものを買って部屋で食べていましたが、英国に来てまでそう言った暮らしをしたい方は少ないでしょう。あまりお勧め出来ません。また部屋にケトル以外のものは何もないです。冷蔵庫もありません。すぐに食べれるもの以外は調理の方法がありませんのでお気をつけください。 　ロンドンのホテルはどこも高いのでドミトリーは嫌だという人はこう言ったところに泊まるしかないでしょう。それでも安くはないです。ただ、あなたが細かいことを気にしない方で数日滞在するには悪くもないホテルなのではないでしょうか。

Despite booking with a UK CC and Address, AND having booked in online, i was asked for the first time in my life for an official photo ID, i.e. driving license or Passport. I had already given my name to the reception desk, advising them I had a reservation. It was late, I was tired and have booked and used hotels for many decades. including very recently in the UK. When I informed the reception desk I don't carry my driving license or passport (I don't need to, we are not yet a police state, or Russia), i was informed I needed to. I explained I didn't and was told " But how do we know who you are?" I informed them this was the first time in my life (I'm 61) I had been asked for such in a UK hotel. This included a very recent stop (few weeks ago) at another well known hotel chain in London. They had appeared to look up my name when I first approached the desk and informed them I had a reservation, and so I was then surprised that, AFTER making it clear I would need to show offical photoID to proceed further, they asked to see the email of my reservation. Immediately, everything was sorted and I was given my key, with the junior man telling the senior man somethig along the lines of "yes, he has booked it" I can only surmise that he couldn't undertand or follow my accent when I gave my name, and instead chose to hide behind "I need to see your ID" to allow him to read my name & check on the reservations. The senior man was polite, but pompous

I got a basement room, which in itself is fine, but the door to the room was not noise-isolating at all. The walls were unclean, and there was no door chain or the like. My booking said check-out would be at 11, but when I arrived, I was told checkout was at 10. There were two sets of towels, but one was very obviously unclean (it had what looked like a bloody booger on it), so I assumed the other set was probably unclean too. The reception staff were not very welcoming and were constantly browsing their phones at the front desk.

Nice hotel stayed in a room with no windows got hot verry quickly could have better fans for them rooms. Staff amazing and helpful really quick and even when you book out of the hotel can still keep your bags there till late

Ubicación tranquila en Candem Town. Recepción impecable. Habitación limpia, cómoda y con calefacción en invierno. Baño limpio y renovado. Desayuno inglés buffet muy completo, tranquilo y sala amplia.

Basement room with no window (we knew there was no window when booking) But it was insanely hot and there is no air con, the room was also outside the cleaners cupboard so was woken up very early The staff were friendly though but I wouldn’t recommend here

Poor decor, needs updating, uncomfortable bed and pillows, dreadful linen, no turnover on multiple nights stay, rooms not sound proofed. Hotel reception staff were pleasant and polite but you’d be much better off in a Premier Inn than here. Needs a good update.

NO Service of the rooms! after 3 nights then they service the rooms??? No change of towels or basic cleaning at all and we were advised ay check in! Second night i found a screwdriver and smoke alarm just left in the bathroom, asked hotel rep what is was and could they remove it and also is my room safe! the screwdriver was never removed nor the smoke alarm was still present after another niight Poor yes but cheap

Good room, only issue was proximity to the laundry room which meant it was noisy in the morning. Very easy access to the Roundhouse music venue. Lots of food options within a 10 min walk. Would stay here again if attending a concert at Roundhouse

The heater wasn’t working properly in the room. It’s too cold.

Nice room, comfy bed, excellent that the room was not too hot at night like some hotel rooms can be. Decent breakfast. All in all a good place to stsy

Bathroom was recently refurbished. I liked the provision of a bath mat for the shower. Room was clean but basic.

The room was clean bed comfortable towels were a little small location ok 9 min walk to chalk farm tube.i book a late checkout at a cost of £15 but we got up in morning and decided we were traveling home early went to get some breakfast at 9.20 it closed for 9.30 so would not let us get breakfast. Then i asked for refund of the late checkout and they would not refund my card even though we were leaving before 10 am was very dissapointed with the person on reception felt like we had just been ripped off, and now we had a 41/2 journey back to manchester with no breakfast there was people who had only entered 2 minutes before and because of that would not return here
