前台狭窄，酒店太老，弥漫着一股霉味

Don't trust the photo from the web. It was not that nice. Our room had no hot water for shower, the pressure of water was insufficient. The window could not be closed and it gave us a sense that everything would be broken soon.

Excellent value for money for a Primrose Hill location.

The hotel was pleasant and clean. Checking in was very easy. I stayed in a windowless room but was not aware it would be in the basement with no aircon. It was very stuffy and hot even with the fans.

Room was clean and basic but it had everything that was needed. It was hot but that was due to the Heatwave. They do provide a fan. My room was city view on 4th floor which was amazing. Had a small balcony which was great. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is decent enough for a short stay, we were in the basement rooms which have no windows or air conditioning, there was a tower fan but it was still very hot. Bed was very small and not very comfortable, but it was only for an overnight and located right on the bus route. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was basic but clean and the hotel is in a good place to get around London.

The staff on reception and in the bar were excellent and very accommodating

We came about this place when a vrbo was unexpectedly cancelled. We could not have been more happy. I believe we got one of the last rooms in London, but everything was great. When we checked out, the guy at the front desk made sure we knew what we were doing on the tube to get to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

The wife booked a room without window, little did we know it didn't really have ventilation either. Just a stand alone fan. These rooms need a proper heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. It just got hotter throughout the stay. The mattress was so uncomfortable and only supplying a single pillow was not good. The TV could only display a couple of channels and the remote barely controlled it, but did turn off the fan. The corridor to the rooms smelt funky with a mixture of damp, and other smells! We won't stay here again.

We had 2 rooms, the TVs in both weren't working, which with children causes minor issues. The two rooms were 2 floors apart which wasn't great. The shower in one was falling off the wall with one of the heads so badly scaled it didn't work, the cold tap to the basin took more than 10 minutes to get cold, the main building has extremely with poor airflow, it was warm weather but the outside was cooler than inside, fans were provided but wouldn't reach a window to bring cool air in. The WC in the basement room had a bad smell that didn't really go away. Tea and coffee weren't restocked for the 2nd night, nor were the bins emptied. The rooms were clean enough, the beds were fine, but overall fairly disappointed.

There is no air conditioning whatsoever and they only provide a small fan. It was so bad I only stayed one out of the two nights booked because it was inhumane!

Absolutely solid for the price, incredible location.

Didn’t use the amenities as only there for a night for a concert at Wembley. Room was basic and clean Staff member checking in was really friendly and helpful

Good location, nice and clean. However, we had to wait for check in longer. Furthermore, although this was a without window room, the ventilation was very poor and very warm in the night, with the provided fan feeling like it was taking its last breaths and frequently turning off in between. Could have been better if these were improved.
