部屋の清掃ができておらず客室の隅に食べかけのぱんが落ちており、2泊目も同じ状態だった。不潔で非常に不愉快な思いをした。

とてもオシャレなホテルで、心地よく過ごせました。近くにスーパーや駅があり、何かとアクセスしやすかったです。

コストパフォーマンスがとても良いホテルでした。値段の割に綺麗で、親切な対応でした。ただし、朝食は外部委託なのでしょうか？他のヒルトンに比べるとだいぶ味が落ちる印象です。こちらに泊まるなら朝食を付けなくてもいいかもしれません。

Great staff and room

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and I would return, but my stay was affected by how a room issue was handled. I was initially on the fourth floor where the air conditioning was faulty, the room was very cold, and there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor near the service area. Despite attempts to fix it, it took over two hours to move me, and there was further delay in receiving the new room keys. One receptionist (whose name I didn’t get) was excellent — calm, reassuring, and helpful. She upgraded me to executive lounge access and resolved the air conditioning issue in the new room. Due to the delays and discomfort, I didn’t get to use the pool as planned, which was disappointing. The following morning, there was a slow leak under the sink in the new room, which maintenance attended. Positively, the hotel was spotless, the shower was excellent, the bed very comfortable, and amenities were good. Overall, I would stay again, but the initial issue could have been handled much faster.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ms. Mahmoud who checked us in and out was simply lovely and the gents who helped me with a combination lock/luggage issue were simply fantastic. Breakfast had great variety and rooms and lobby were clean and inviting.

The room was spotless and the staff were courteous.

Clean and well presented. Really nice and helpful staff, and pool is a bonus. Great stay, great location and would definitely recommend.

Contemporary design, great staff

Bella struttura con personale molto occupato a risolvere problemi. Il nostro display del Condizionatore non funzionava e in 5 minuti è arrivato un tecnico e a sostituirlo alle 22! Riassetto camera anche serale. Acqua in omaggio tutti i giorni. Materasso da sostituire a breve perché troppo morbido (almeno per me). Colazione non a livello degli altri servizi soprattutto per quel che riguarda le uova. Sufficientemente vicino alla metropolitana e a due passi dal ponte millennium da cui vedere Saint Paul e attraversare per andare alla fermata metro Blackfriars.

Das Personal war äußerst bemüht, zuvorkommend, herzlich und überaus kinderfreundlich. Die kleinen, liebevollen Überraschungen sowie die liebevolle Art des Personals haben den Aufenthalt unserer Tochter und somit auch uns noch schöner gestaltet. Das Zimmer war stets gründlich geputzt. Die Minibar war gefüllt mit Köstlichkeiten, welche kostenfrei entnommen werden durften und täglich aufgefüllt wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig, die frisch zubereiteten Speisen sehr köstlich.

Great room. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

The best Hotel stay we have ever had in London. Staff where all Brilliant and the Hotel was Spotless. Breakfast was amazing, the best we have had around the world. Will be staying here from now on, every time we visit London.

The hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed in. The room was stylish, the beds so comfortable and the facilities great. All the staff were friendly and attentive. There’s no kids menu in the Distillery bar, it would be great to rectify this.
