受付の方が1人しかおらず、チェックアウト時に20分近く待ちました。 ホテル近くには、レストランがなく、駅までタクシーで移動しました。

Hotel rooms let this holiday inn down the staff are very attentive, the room was clean, the bed is very uncomfortable, the pillows lumpy and the air con didn’t seem to be working, very disappointed as we have stayed holiday inns all over the country, this has been the worst

Staff were very helpful, particularly front of house on 7th Feb, who sorted out the missing lampshade ( a bare bulb one side of the bed is not a great first impression) and the heating as the room was freezing on arrival. He also ordered a taxi ( Alpha) 2 hours before our booking at The Anvil Theatre. Taxi didn’t arrive, he chased and they said 5/6 mins, still didn’t arrive, he called again and the taxi clearly hadn’t left, luckily we hadn’t drunk anything so we rushed to our car and drove ourselves, and ran from the car park, made it with 10 mins to spare. Bed v comfortable, food good. GB News playing at breakfast not ideal, a bit far right and racist for many peoples taste, perhaps go more neutral with BBC?

The room was clean but looked tired. The bathroom wood was wet with possible leak coming from bath, the sink was very slow in emptying & the toilet took a long time to fill after flushing

Clean comfortable room with excellent breakfast.

For the second time in 2 weeks and in different rooms I’ve stayed and had a problem with the heating. This time the bathroom was so cold I felt unable to have a shower. I reported the issue to the reception and the guy said there was nothing he could do as I’d pre- paid. I told him I was unable to accept that and he then said he would get the reservations manager to call me. Guess what? No call as yet. Absolutely appalling. The hotel is very tired and out dated too.

Rooms are very tired but its a budget Hotel so you get what you pay for. Staff very good breakfast was ok.

Het hotel is slecht onderhouden. De verwarming deed het slecht. Heel de avond in de kou gezeten.

Had to ask to clean the room and empty bins After that we brought bigger waist bags the room was kept tidy and cleaned. The room was ansaccessie room but not suitable for severely handicapped person with one arm and mobility problems The staff were brilliant and polite

Dit hotel verdient een upgrade zoals vele hotels in Engeland. Oude kleine bedden vies tapijt op de vloer, bad met douchegordijn. Het is het allemaal niet meer. Daar is de prijs ook naar uiteraard.

We had to cancel our booking because our flight has been delayed arrived too late at gatwick to take our rental car. We had no way to go down to the hotel and the hotel refused the refund and did not even propose to use the night another time or in another holiday inn. Not commercial !!!!

Reception staff was not very helpful Could not be bothered attitude

Limited parking. Bar isn’t open late. No lift but only ground & first floor building anyway. 2 of the 4 pillows were lumpy. However, it was clean, the staff were lovely, breakfast was ok, location was convenient. I would stay again if the price was right!
