朝食が美味しい

ビジネスで滞在しました。サービスについては大きな期待はできませんが、ひどくもありません。付近には道路を挟んで向かい側にパブが一件あるのみです。食事を考えられている方は、車で町の中心部に移動する必要があり、ある程度下調べが必要です。

業務開催地から最も近く、推奨ホテルだったので予約しました。駅からやや遠く、歩くのは不可能なので、駅前からのブラックキャブが頼りとなります。部屋は位置によっては、駐車場前になるため、終日カーテンを閉めないと、部屋が丸見えとなります（本当に窓の前に車が止まる）。気にする方は、チェックイン時に指定すると良いと思います。併設のレストランは、朝食のブッフェスタイルは兎も角、昼食洋食は英国標準レベルでとても料金に見合った品物を出してきません。部屋は簡素ですが、清潔で、トイレシャワー等に不満はありませんでした。値段に見合うかというと、日本のレベルでは費用対効果で非常に悪い部類に入ります。チェックイン時にデポジットとして1.5万円、また証書としてパスポートの控えをとられるので、そのあたりは旅なれていない方は面食らうかもしれません。

Really friendly friendly staff throughout the hotel, nice selection of food for breakfast, unfortunately the food temperature was not piping hot, could do with better warmers for breakfast food selection. Dinner was very nice, would recommended Haddock and chips. The room we stayed in (131) had a smell of drains which was very unpleasant on arrival to the room.

We had our breakfast in bed, it was a great choice.

The hotel needs a good revamp.The room was a dump. The bathroom was horrible. The shower had no power it dribbled out. The hallways were dated the carpets were dirty. Reception was a joke there was never anyone there. Stood for ages before anyone appeared. Wouldn't stay there again.

I requested a downstairs room due to having a poorly ankle and they put me in a room that was the furthest from the reception as possible. The bed was so hard that I barely got any sleep. Given they are one of the most expensive hotels in the area I would definitely not recommend this hotel

The staff were pleasant and helpful, was nice and clean with good food and facilities.

I didn't have breakfast. Evening meal was good and staff friendly

professional staff and clean swimming pool. Just needs to improve the options for pre paid dinner. Its very limited choices which can be improved.

My only criticism was that round table. Just in the way. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean only down side we were used to a king size bed so a bit cramped for stretching out, also matress dipped in middle so kept rolling into one another which is the only reason we didnt give excellent The staff were absolutely brilliant nothing was too much trouble and so friendly it was like staying with family which is why we will be back and would highly recommend

Staff and amenities

Excellent staff, very polite and helpful. Very nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Daughter was pleased there was a swimming pool. Will never be going to Premier Inn again.
