Room condition is good, but front desk was not really helpful. My room heater not working, I asked for change room, but she rejected and only send me a portable heater which was not really good

We had a really lovely stay at Hyatt Centric Cambridge. The staff at check in were so friendly. The bed was incredibly comfortable – we both slept so well – and the bathroom was excellent, modern and spotless. Everything felt fresh and well thought out. A really enjoyable stay and we would happily return.

The rooms have no heating and it was cold. Was disappointed to walk into to a cold room and to wake up in a cold room. The price we paid is not worth it at all and will not be staying at this hotel again

Great things - great rooms; great bed. Not do great : No one picks up the phone at reception. Parking was an issue as we got there late and the parking at the hotel was full. Although their website had guidance beforehand on overflow car park but it was an inconvenience to park there and walk circa 10 mins back.

Great hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Great room. Only issue is the parking situation. The signage on the street isn’t very clear and I was fined thinking the 1st hour is free - but this isn’t the fault of the hotel but the company that runs the pay and display parking facility.

AirCon system continually going into fault. It was minus temperatures outside and the AC full flowing cold air. Couldn’t sleep as was far too cold. Reception did nothing about it.
